Ordered a 203cm 2 door mirrored wardrobe, communication with seller (Jason) was good although only over Nextdoor messaging, phone number on website always went to voicemail. Delivery was on day requested and cash payment made, only downside was the installation. It ended up happening the day after delivery instead of same day (thankfully they had brought all the boxes inside as it was continuous rain). Was informed that it’s a 3rd party service, guy who turned up was very nice, still amazed that he built it all on his own in an hour(ish) but he had no transport, which is what had caused the delay, so following day he had to catch public transport and then walk 35mins to my location from train station (buses are 1 an hour). So if you want a flat packed item of furniture at a great price definitely use these guys, but if you need the installation service I would ensure you’re potentially prepared for some frustration with the service.

Bed purchased and delivered within a few days. Very good efficient and friendly service, will definitely use again

I was looking for a new wardrobe and bed for my house, and one of my friends refered them, i explored their website, tbh their prices are much more competive than local shops, i ordered both items and they arrived on 25th july. quality is really good and the prices are brilliant also delivery was super fast so i will be definitey be using them again in a few weeks . highly recommended.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

I purchased a wardrobe from this company and paid an additional £20 for delivery to my second-floor flat. The company also arranged the assembly through one of their fitters. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting day moving into my new home turned into an unnecessarily stressful and exhausting experience due to poor organisation and communication.

From the beginning, there was confusion about whether the wardrobe would be delivered to my second-floor flat or simply left on the ground floor. I repeatedly sought clarification because I was being given different information by different people. I was eventually assured that the wardrobe would be brought upstairs by the assembler and then assembled.

However, when the wardrobe was delivered, it was left on the ground floor despite me having paid the additional delivery fee. I was told that the assembler would carry the wardrobe upstairs. The wardrobe consisted of five very large and extremely heavy boxes.

The assembler was expected to arrive shortly afterwards, at around 5:00 p.m. When I asked John, who had arranged the booking, how long it would take, he told me it would be between one and two hours. I waited until 7:00 p.m. before calling the assembler myself. He informed me that he was still at another job and estimated it would be another two hours before he could get to me. As it was getting late, we agreed that he would come the following morning at 10:00 a.m.

To ensure the wardrobe could be taken upstairs, I arranged and paid for another person to be there to help, based on the agreed appointment time.

At 10:00 a.m., the assembler still hadn't arrived. When I called him, he told me he had received a call from his solicitor regarding his visa and would be another two hours late. As I already had someone waiting, whom I was paying for their time, waiting another two hours simply wasn't an option.

In the end, I had to help carry all five extremely heavy boxes up two flights of stairs myself. It was physically demanding and certainly not what I expected after paying extra for the wardrobe to be delivered upstairs.

To make matters worse, while we were carrying the boxes upstairs, another assembler called me to say he had only just been given my address and was on his way to assemble the wardrobe. This clearly demonstrated a complete lack of communication and coordination within the company.

By that point, I had already asked the person I had hired to assemble the wardrobe instead, as I had completely lost confidence in the arrangements.

Not only did I have to pay someone else to complete work that should have been included in the service I had purchased, but I also had to undertake heavy lifting myself because the agreed service was not delivered.

To John's credit, he remained polite throughout our conversations, apologized for the issues and reassured me that any missing or damaged parts would be replaced if necessary. I appreciate his efforts to resolve matters afterwards.
However, good customer service after the event cannot undo the stress, inconvenience, additional expense and poor experience I went through. Moving home is stressful enough without having to deal with unreliable arrangements, last-minute changes and poor communication.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not be using this company again, nor would I recommend them to friends or family.

I sincerely hope the company reviews its delivery and assembly process, as the current system does not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a reputable business.
If you're considering buying furniture from this company, I would recommend thinking carefully. Based on my experience, I would choose a company with a more reliable and professional delivery and assembly service.

X 2 sofas purchased from FUNIBLISS Uncomfortable damaged sofas. So far my emails etc have been ignored so now reported to trading standards who advised me to send a letter with my rights to them. Guess what no reply whatsoever to this day, no real company treats paying customers this way. Enough said avoid like the plague !!!!!!
