Your Sabbia Rosa is equipped with a mechaquartz movement, which works differently from a standard chronograph. In particular, the left subdial is the chronograph minute counter, not the seconds counter. It advances by one minute each time the central chronograph seconds hand completes a full revolution.
We've asked if you could send us a short video of the watch so we can verify that everything is working as intended or, if there is a genuine issue, resolve it as quickly as possible.

However, we would like to clarify that this is clearly stated on our website: while some of our watches are manufactured in Switzerland, our Mechaquartz collection is manufactured in Hong Kong. This choice is primarily driven by logistics and efficiency, as the Mechaquartz movements used in these models originate from Japan. Manufacturing and shipping these watches from Hong Kong allows us to streamline the process while maintaining the quality standards we expect for every Furlan Marri timepiece.
Regarding the strap, we're sorry to hear that it didn't fully meet your expectations. All of our straps are crafted using high-quality French and Italian leather, but we truly value your feedback and are always looking for ways to further improve our products.

151€ de douane à Payer .J’ai commandé une Sabbia Rosa , sur le site internet soit disant une montre Suisse , le site fait bien pensé à une montre suisse avec un Prix de Genève. Free Shipping .livraison internationale
J’ai reçu un paquet degueulasse avec un gros sticker orange ( comme AliExpress) et j’ai dû payé la douane de 151€ car la montre vient de Hong Kong ! . Donc au final , une montre chinoise à 850€. Elle est belle mais cela fait chère . Un Scam . Bien sûr , c’est marqué en tout petit dans les FAQ .ils Prennent les gens pour des idiots en 2026 . Bravo

Les commandes sont facturées hors taxes, et les droits de douane ainsi que la TVA sont perçus directement par le pays dans lequel la livraison est effectuée. Ces frais sont fixés uniquement par les autorités douanières du pays de destination et sont totalement indépendants de Furlan Marri.
Nous souhaitons également rappeler que la collection Mechaquartz est fabriquée à Hong Kong, comme indiqué sur notre site. Ce choix est lié à des raisons logistiques, les mouvements Mechaquartz étant fabriqués au Japon. Outstanding experience
Mine is the Sabbia Rosa, which is even more beautiful IRL than it is in the pictures. I have a 7.5" wrist and wondered if I could pull off a 38 mm but with a lug-to-lug of 46 mm, it works perfectly. The fit and finish is exceptional and the packaging (including the extra strap) is very well done. The ordering process was simple and the watch arrived quickly. 10/10 would buy from them again.
