BEWARE! it looks legit at first but it's shortlived
I won right away. A good amount...and cashed out..but BEWARE!
all these casinos are allowed to lower your rtp after u win.theres a law that allows them to "protect their assets" however this casino does it the moment you win. My rt started out high and they lowered it to the lower setting immediately.
After that I couldn't win more than a few dollars and I mean it. I spun the same game 138 times and only hit a dollar win once in that time. Every other win was less than my play amount each spin...which is not a win lol.
I am vip and signed up for the daily playback which SAYS it gives u 5 percent back of your purchases and gameplay. However I bought over $300 in coins, lost it all and didn't receive any ..not a single dollar back ...contacted support who told me it was a system generated promo and if I had a reward to claim I would be able to claim it. I asked why it didn't give me the chance and she told me she had no control over it ..I will tell u this...they lost a bunch of money from my purchases. I won't buy from a scam...it would have cost less that $20 to make it right and they lost thousands ...
I read the terms and conditions and neither I or the rep could see anything that would have explained it. All conditions were met.
With so many social casino options out there....I'd advise picking another or DONT PURCHASE AFTER WINNING! It's a scam designed to make themselves look fair and lucrative then once u believe it, they scam u and take ur money...
Il be using other platform from now on...and sorry funcity...u paid me more than I paid in...u should have fixed it and played fair..at least for a longer period. Riping me off for 5% was just stupid. U would make more from my daily fair gameplay than this stupid promo scam made u
