Scam… organized crime ring (FRAUD)
Scam, they cap Your FreePlay winnings at $25 and then when you try to redeem them they give you this nonsense about a request by snail mail after they scam you and tell you that you have to buy a package and then when you buy the package they still don’t pay out. They then tell you you have to meet a “New minimum” like $100 to redeem to your bank account and the gift card option that’s supposed to be lower doesn’t work and good luck reaching anybody in customer service you’re lucky if they give you an AI style automated response later which is always no help at all. So many of these sweepstakes casinos are so underhanded and fraudulent, you’re better off playing at real casinos.
The marker for sweepstakes casinos that operate anywhere near anything considered legitimate is no purchases to be able to redeem to your bank account or gift card no ridiculous minimum no force of purchase before you can redeem, which is illegal if you operate as a sweepstakes casino anyway. Contact the Attorney General when these people scam you and get on one of the many open class action lawsuits against them. Hopefully they’ll be brought to justice soon enough.
If you read other reviews on this site and others about this particular sweepstakes Casino, you’ll find after you make purchases and meet their minimums they’ll let you cash out as long as your cumulatively losing money but as soon as you go on the smallest winning streak, they’ll just ban your account and tell you it’s part of our terms of service you were flagged as high risk, which is their language for we don’t want people to win. We only want members that continue to lose money do the research you’ll see how much of an organized crime ring this place is. Another scam they use other than making you purchase a package before they even let you finish verifying your account is making a random issue needed for verification not work like verifying your email so they can pretend it’s not their fault when they don’t pay you…. Be warned stay away from this scam. They are already being investigated by the federal government. Any help you can provide by calling your state, Attorney General if they scammed you and giving them documented evidence of what they’ve done against you and do the same thing when you get on some of the class action lawsuits against them!
