Item not being delivered after 3 weeks
It really upsets me to leave a one star review for an Irish company but unfortunately we have just been misguided and let down.
My 3 year old asked for a pink ride on tractor for Christmas, I ordered one from this company on 28th Nov, and was told delivery was between 7 and 12 working days. After the 7th day I reached out as I still hadn't received an update on the shipment. I was told that the warehouse is busy and that they would get around to picking my item and that it would be guaranteed Christmas delivery. I reached out again just before the 12 working days as I had noticed that the item went out of stock online, but was told that my item was safe and that it would definitely be here by Christmas. On the 12th day, which was Tuesday 15th December, I reached out once more as I still hadn't received a shipment update and it was at this point I was told it was out of stock and if I would I like a refund.
My partner rang and managed to speak to Gerry and we were told he would try and see if our item was there in the warehouse in Tyrone. He phoned later that day to say the item was found and would be shipped the next day at the latest. I rang the office on the Wednesday and spoke to a lady who advised that Gerry only sourced a tractor that morning and it would be shipped. I asked about picking it up from Tyrone myself and was told thats not possible. Thursday and Friday were pretty much the same, phonecalls being told it was waiting to be shipped. Gerry phoned my partner this morning, to say that the item is on hold and won't be delivered by Christmas, which has forced us to get a refund. I dont want to leave an angry review, only an honest one based on how this situation unfolded. But I feel angry, I am absolutely unable to source another one at this point which leaves me in a worrying position. I ordered this item 3 weeks ago and this time could have been used sourcing one elsewhere. It's a really tough outcome and not the one I certainly wanted for Christmas morning.

You are absolutely right to feel frustrated. You ordered in good time and relied on the information provided, and in this case we let you down.
Following a full internal review, we can confirm that the initial issue arose due to an incorrect quantity being entered on our warehouse system, which prevented your order from progressing as it should have. When this error was later identified and corrected, the system still showed one unit available; however, a physical check of the warehouse location confirmed that no pink unit was available, with only other colours remaining.
This sequence of errors led to inaccurate updates being given to you, and we fully accept how much unnecessary anxiety and upset that caused. Once it was confirmed that there was no pink unit available, it was no longer possible to fulfil the order in time for Christmas.
We accept full responsibility for this and, most importantly, for the time lost that could otherwise have been used to source an alternative elsewhere. We are already putting additional checks in place to ensure system stock and physical stock are aligned, particularly during peak periods.
Thank you for sharing your experience so fairly. We are very sorry for the stress this caused you and your family, and for the disappointment on Christmas morning.

Delivery person left Christmas present at the front door very visible and there was no contact about item being delivered and upon opening item was missing bolts very disappointing

I'm really worried my gift will not arrive before Christmas even though I ordered it weeks ago!! I have now sent 4 emails regarding this. My last 2 emails have not been responded to....

Just to say my order arrived today having switched courier. I spoke to a lovely man in the Limerick office yesterday and he really helped me out and got things rolling for me so very grateful to him.

We purchased a drift cart with funstuff.ie for my 5 year old son. He absolutely loved it but one day the drive failed on one wheel. Funstuff.ie and their team were very prompt and professional on their replies to me. They replaced the drive motor for me and were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Great product, great service.
Santa brought a Drift Kart for our 7-year-old which he loves. A number of months later, we had an issue whereby the kart wouldn't work and wouldn't charge. The team at funstuff.ie were excellent. They troubleshooted the issue and provided replacement parts to get the kart back running again. I highly recommend the drift kart and also buying from funstuff.ie for their after-sales service.

Excellent Customer Service
After purchasing a Drift Kart I started to experience some issues with the Kart cutting out randomly. I contacted the Retailer & they forwarded me on a digital customer care form to fill out. I filled out & sent back. The response back was almost instantly. Where I purchased the Kart wasn't actually FunStuff.ie. The retailer had simply passed the buck by asking me to fillout the link from funstuff.ie. (I assume Funstuff.ie wholesale to other retailers/distributors) Funstuff.ie replied to my emails even though I wasn't their customer. After a couple of phone calls we located the issue & I was able to rectify the issue. Funstuff.ie went above & beyond. Ive ordered replacement wheels directly from them now & cutting out the place where I bought the Kart. Couldn't recommend them enough.
