Paid for super fast and didnt get it
1: I paid for the Super fast below 24 hours delivery.
I got instead in 2 days after i complained that my email message said that it will be delivered in 3 days.
Why i paid extra to be fast and it wasnt?...
2: the Choreography was very lazy and effortless as well

Hello Erik,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your order. After reviewing your order details, I can confirm that your video was successfully delivered the next day, on October 2nd, in line with our commitment to prompt service.
I understand that you had chosen our super-fast delivery option, and we are pleased to have met this delivery timeframe. I can see you didn't open the delivery email until the next day on October 3rd, which is why you thought it took us 2 days. I apologize for the confusion here. Since you ordered we have begun also texting our customers links to their order as we want to make sure you and all customers can open and download their videos as soon as possible.
Regarding your feedback on the choreography, we take all comments seriously as they help us improve our service quality. We would love to hear more about your specific concerns, so we can address them appropriately and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please feel free to reply to this email or contact us at info@funnygreetings.co with any further feedback or questions you might have. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing you with the best possible service.
When they chose the song...
When they chose the song, it is very bad. Choose the song yourself since theirs seems military and ugly

Simple bday present with a guaranteed smile
Don’t usually buy stuff from random ads but my girl’s bday was coming up and these videos were too good. Ended up getting a custom video for her and the look on her face when they brought out a picture of her was so worth it. Whole process was super quick and easy. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.
