Funky leisure remind me of what shopping used to be like providing excellent customer service. Our first delivery was on on time and arrived on schedule. Through no fault of Funky Leisure there was a fault with the item purchased and they were straight on the issue and sorted it directly digging us out of a hole as we were away camping. We had a Debus pole not locking in position. We spoke to a representative and he told us to email them with our order details and would replace the pole under warranty. Sure enough within a few days the replacement arrived. Amazing customer service
