Purchased kettle and toaster..really heavy kettle to pick up when filled with water and so noisy when it boils takes too long toaster is very heavy as well...no recommendation from me not worth the money have got rid and bought much better kettle and toaster for less money and more efficient...waste of money on your products

Bought the iron and kettle
Bought the iron and kettle. Both shocking! I can only assume the reviews were fake. I emailed the company a few days after I received the items to say I wasn't happy with the quality of each purchase, as the kettle sounded like a steam train in my kitchen and the iron was spluttering coloured water all over my son's white shirts and was absolutely useless! They refused to refund me and said both items were fit for purpose - they definitely were not! And I paid a lot of money for these. Shocking customer service, no wonder they have gone bust....

Funky Appliance in administration
Asked for refund procedure as steam function on steam iron not working and got the following reply: Hi [...], sadly The Funky Appliance Company went into administration 3 months ago, their emails are now being redirected here. However, it looks like Funky will continue again in some capacity with new owners, and the new prospective owners have said they will try and honour any previous customer service requests (please locate your original receipt in this eventuality). This may take another 2-3 weeks but rest assured we are collating all these emails and will pass your details onto the new owners and you should hear from them very soon. I have the receipt and look forward to a refund.

Don’t buy
Bought the rose gold kettle and toaster in July 2023
Firstly the kettle lid button stopped working and then start of December the kettle tripped the electrics and even though fuse changed it stopped working. Contact funky appliance and no response. Would not buy again
