Robert was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded to all emails very promptly. He captured the service beautifully and turned the video around on the same day! He went above and beyond to ensure that German subtitles were incorporated so that my late mother's relatives who were unable to attend (and do not speak English) could understand the whole service.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would; a lovely way to remember my mother that we can all look back on in years to come.

Highly recommend Rob, who took the time to video my father's military funeral in June. It took a few amendments with the photos but we got there in the end. My family and I are very pleased with the overall video and it makes a very precious keepsake. Tissues are always needed when we watch the video.

Robert Jacobs of Bobfilm Ltd was professional, respectful and followed our wishes on what we wanted to be recorded. The quality of the production was clear, with good sound and lighting quality. The montage of photos at the end of the video was excellent as well. The approval process with Robert was straightforward and we quickly agreed a couple of tweaks we wanted.

Rob was extremely helpful all through the planning, and on the day was very sensitive. The final video is liked by everyone, and everyone is delighted with it.

Robert was very professional and very, very helpful. I had problems with the MP4 loading on my iPhone and he organise another way of me getting the videos. I would recommend that if anyone is organising a FuneraI and requires a memorial video to use his service. Reasonable prices.

Rob did a very good job in producing a video for a memorial.

He was unobtrusive on the day but provided a comprehensive record of events. He kept us up to date with progress and responded to several new demands and requests.

He was clear about the cost and when asked gave us options with additional costings should we want them.

I buried my Dad on the 19thJuly. Robert did a fantastic job and put it together beautifully. My son who we had this video made for lives in New Zealand and was unable to attend his Grandads funeral. I recieved a message from him stating that the clarity of the video was great and all that attended were captured. He also remarked that it was better watching by video than live stream.

We are very please with the funeral video we had done of my mum’s funeral. Robert worked hard and captured the true celebration of my mum’s life. He wasn’t intrusive on the day and we hardly noticed he was there filming. The video was very well put together, with our choice of songs, photos, and the price was reasonable too. Very happy 👍
