Not the best experience.…
My sister arranged her direct cremation so that we wouldn’t have to. I called to inform them of her death & the address of the hospice, they said they would take care of everything & called a few days later to say ‘she is now in our care’ this was completely untrue as the hospice called the same day to inform me she was still at the hospice and enquired what the arrangements were.
When I called the person I needed to speak to was unavailable but would call me back, several hours later still no call, only when the hospice called on my behalf did it get sorted.
Not sure that my sister was aware but I was unable to provide an outfit for her to be dressed in so she went to the cremation in the nightdress she died in as they would not change her clothes as it was not included in the price.
The delivery of her ashes went without incident though I would have expected the guy to be dressed smarter, not in a suit or anything but smart casual would have been more appropriate.

Also the price advertised stayed the same unlike many other companies who when contacted the price increased and had other stipulations.

Everything was straight forward. With no complications. Infact we didn't think we could be able to pay over two years for the policies. It gives us peace of mind knowing that everything will be sorted when we pas away. It's the funeral plan we wanted at the right price.
