unsolicited emails which I did originally respond by return email requesting quotes for a potential aircraft purchase for the business but no response. So the next email I requested to unsubscribe.

Spam emails continue and yesterday i called their office to speak with them. First guy answered and tried to answer the question but had to keep putting me on hold to seemingly ask someone about GDPR. eventually he hung up in one of these hold periods.

Red flag raised I called again, they answered but no one spoke, I could hear office noise, but no response to the "hello, hello." Assuming this to be a problem with their phones I did I called again - same response. About the 5th or 6th call someone had the balls to actually answer, although they were as helpful as a chocolate fireguard in all honesty.

I could not speak to any higher officer as they were all out that daya nd their CEO was on a long christmas break. They also confirmed they had no person responsible for GDPR and suggested to email in. The person who answered when questioned further and I was revewing their company officers on their website then said he didnt have time to discuss the company while I googled it, which is fair enough to a point BUT remeber the reason for the original call.

Fundonion appears to be a wannabe big time financial broker but take a look at their company accounts - they are not big players in this game although their website does give some information and perhaps they are ok in this line BUT stop spamming people and do what your email linsk say they will.

Suffice to say they have now received a GDPR complaint and notice will be served if they persist.

Just think you could have brokered a 400k loan had you answered the email but instead you made me run a mile!!

Received unsolicited email claiming that I could be matched with lenders in under 60 seconds, with a hypothetical £100K in funding mentioned as part of a survey. The email asked me to reply with one of three options:

"I couldn’t use £100K for anything in my business"
"I might be able to find a use for £100K"
"I’d like £100K but I don’t know how / I’m concerned about the process."
What’s most bizarre is that this email feels unbecoming of their website, which seems far more legitimate and professional. The email itself was vague, lacked any clear terms. I get that nobody can outline all their terms in the initial customer contact but this felt like a blind shot in the dark—a sales tactic with no real explanation

While this kind of outreach is annoying and feels very transactional, I’m just thankful I’m not the lender on the other side of these vague, pushy emails.

Everyone hates spam. Don’t be one of those companies that resorts to these aggressive, unpersonalised tactics.

Same BS gaslighting response you give everyone here on Trustpilot, just because "YOU THINK" your services may be valuable does not mean you above the law, this is the very reason the word "SPAM EMAIL" exist because of people like you! WHY should it be my responsibility to unsubscribe? instead here is an idea, why the hell dont you provide the documentation where i agreed to receiving correspondence from you? because if you cant, that makes your actions illegal. Why would anyone want to deal with a company like this using low life tactics?

Serial email spammers, unsubscribed several times in the past and they automatically add you to their marketing lists as i have never had any interaction with this company, so they either bought a list of email addresses from questionable sources or they scrapping the internet themselves for email addresses to spam. Yet another GDPR case waiting to happen.

The agent was very helpful and helped me secure a loan in minimum time and with a low interezt rate.

Tosan was assuring from the word go, kept his words and delivered greatly thank you so much.

Spam Emails - This time I have evidence

The CCO (Neil C) had added my private email address to a database of email addresses without my consent. This email does not comply with the Privacy and Electronics Communications and has been reported to ICO

Addition: 18 October - as the reply confirms, my private email address was obviously obtained by some unethical or illegal means and certainly without prior consent. If consent had not been obtained beforehand the data should not be processed. As a data processor, the obligation is on you to ensure your data is being processed within the law therefore it is not for me to email you - you should not be using this data in any case which appears to be unlawfully obtained via LinkedIn.

Further, as sole trader I have not made any queries for commercial finance and I do not have an accountant as you infer.

30 Oct 2024 despite the above, I now receive spam emails from the CEO James R.

22 Nov 2024 still being spammed yet again. Email headers have been analyised and reported to their ISP for suspension.

I am writing this because I have never been in touch with this company ever in my life. Yet, they've found my professional work email and sending me emails. My work email is not listed anywhere, I don't give it out. So I honestly don't know how you found it. You have my work email address without my consent. Also, you still keep emailing me which I've ignored and block every single one. Yet if i block an email, you forward my email to another worker of the company to email me. Please get the hint and get me off your emailing list before I personally go further with this with my company.

Don't ask me to click anything on the emails to unsubscribe, you fully know people shouldn't click links in spam emails. Also i didn't consent for you to sign me up or use my work email. So you can manually remove me from your email subscription. Thank you.

OMG i could not recommend them enough!! Archie was phenomenal and managed to get us a business loan within three days! He knew exactly what he was talking about and how to help us! I saw the negative reviews before i took the plunge so if you are reading those too i would say take the plunge!!

Like others have received spam to a non-business address from this organisation. It has been reported to relevant authorities (ICO)
