I have been in contact with Jay for a while now and he has always been super attentive and quick to respond to any emails or questions. What Jay does really well is follow up, drop the catch up email and keeps the relationship going even when his services aren’t needed at that moment and then this time he reached out to see how things are going and it couldn’t of come at a better time, when I didn’t think there would be a product for me, Jay found one. listening and taking into account all the situations at hand, he found a tailor solution which was perfect! Updates on the application the whole way through and a turn around in a couple of working days!
