Scammers. Makes sense since the ceo looks like he uses coke

The biggest scammer Prop Firm I have ever seen, there are so many hidden rules they have and half of the rules are not even mentioned on their website and If we ask to customer support they will also not discuss any of the rules properly, just wishing all the best all the time and halting our accounts for no reasons. If everything goes well then they will say you have copy pasted the trades just because they dont have to give big payouts. Fundedx is waste of time guys, do not trust that Prop Firm and do not waste your time.

My 2nd payout was denied because of unclear rules or hidden rules. Their risk team will find something to breach your account. Traders, if you're trading with them, be careful; they are liars and scammers. They are making BIG promos just to make people buy accounts, but they are not paying the traders. Seamus and AJ are just 2 scammers. If you're posting something on their discord, you will be banned.
My advice is, stay away from them.

I am disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I often had to follow up many times for updates. Rather than providing clear timelines or transparent explanations, I was left waiting without meaningful information.

For a company operating in the financial industry, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and professionalism. Delays can happen, but proactive communication and accountability are essential. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations.

Withdrawal review processes take weeks/ months to even get an answer and then payouts itself take weeks/ Months if they pay you anything without moving their own goal posts (rules). There is a hidden agenda going on inside this firm to fill their own pockets and others that people bring in from trading communities. I was also banned from commenting in their discord channel (Requesting an update on my account) Pathetic!
Don’t waste your time and energy to be let down by rouges like this in the financial space. Taking people’s money posting the high life on social media and take you around in circles when it suits them to get back to you with an answer and be denied for something you didn’t do.
I have full documentation of everything described here — screenshots, email threads, and their written admission — and will be sharing this across all trading communities I’m apart of so traders can avoid being scammed.
If you trade with FundedX, screenshot every rule, every dashboard metric, and every email. Their written rules and their enforced rules may not be the same thing. Better yet don’t waste your time and trade with a better firm.
They are not sophisticated people. They are rouges living off other people’s hard earnt money and doing as they please with zero care factor.

They say that the trust pilot reviews are fake im telling you they are not. These are all true in what customers are experiencing!

The worst prop firm in the space, do not payout and will breach your account for no reason and provide poor excuses, it has happened to too many people i know. Support team are useless and delete all of your messages in the channels. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM, SEAMUS IS A SCAM ARTIST

This is legit the worst prop firm in the space, please I beg anyone never ever buy acc from FundedX, they have the worst support team, they basically don’t do any support. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HARDWORK YOU PUT IN THE TRADING, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT MISLED YOURSELF

Denied a 15k payout for ‘tick scalping’ which was only my break even trades. Every single winning trade (EVERY SINGLE ONE) was a minimum of 1% gain and more likely 2% per trade.

Took them 6 days upon request and multiple back and forths with support before they even bothered to deny it with their excuse.

Worst prop firm I’ve ever used, couldn’t reccomend people to steer clear more if I tried.

I have been a loyal customer of FundedX, having purchased over 30 accounts with them over time. I genuinely believed in this platform and even referred friends and fellow traders to them. Unfortunately, my experience has taken a turn that I can no longer stay silent about.

My payout of $2,000 on a 100k account was rejected on the grounds of copy trading. This accusation is completely baseless. I had only one account with FundedX, with no other accounts logged in on my device and no involvement with any other proprietary trading firm whatsoever.
When I requested evidence to support their claim, this was their official response: "For security and integrity reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific firms, detection methods, or internal review criteria used during the investigation." In other words, they made a serious allegation, upheld it through an apparent manual review, and then refused to provide a single piece of verifiable evidence to justify their decision. There is no way to appeal a decision when the firm refuses to tell you what you supposedly did wrong.
This is not a compliance framework. This is a convenient way to reject payouts with zero accountability.

I also cannot help but notice that FundedX has been running increasingly aggressive promotions lately. When a firm is pushing heavy discounts while simultaneously finding reasons to deny legitimate payouts, it raises serious questions about their financial position and their intentions.

After over 30 accounts and years of loyalty, this incident has been the final straw. I will be moving to another prop firm and I strongly urge fellow traders to do the same. Save your money, protect your time, and take your business elsewhere. No trader deserves to work hard, follow the rules, and then be denied what they have rightfully earned with no explanation to show for it.

Stay away from FundedX.

Requested a payout while following all their rules. They still refused my payout stating that the reason was Account Sharing {multiple IPs detected } when i never shared my account with anyone and I did not even travelled during those trading sessions. Bunch of Scammers they are, STAY AWAY from them

I want other traders to have the full picture before purchasing an account with FundedX (billed under the name Fanbasis).

I purchased a $200,000 Luxury Instant account using their publicly advertised LAST60 promo code — a company-wide flash offer available to all customers. I traded the account carefully and submitted a withdrawal request for $9,221.50.

On the day I submitted my request, my account dashboard — account ID 900909502940 — displayed the following under "Daily Profit Consistency":
- Highest Profit Limit: 20%
- Current Highest Profit: $1,842.50 (19.98%)
- Status: PASSED

I have a timestamped screenshot of this exact page. Despite this, my payout was rejected citing a 15% consistency rule — a figure that appeared nowhere on my account dashboard, nowhere in their published Luxury Instant Funding Rules, and nowhere in their Elite Luxury Instant Funding Benefits documentation, all of which stated 20%.

When I disputed this, FundedX responded in writing: "We acknowledge that the dashboard displayed a different figure... the dashboard display is currently being investigated as a configuration issue."

In other words — they admitted their own system showed me the wrong rule, and are still refusing to pay me. I traded in complete good faith based on the information their platform displayed to me in real time. Their system error is not my responsibility.

This is also not my first experience with this pattern. On a previous account, I was manually breached for "tick scalping" at the exact moment I requested a payout — despite my account dashboard showing an average trade hold time of nearly 2 hours. I won that chargeback through my credit card company.

The consistent pattern: meet the displayed rules, request a payout, have FundedX apply a different undisclosed standard right at withdrawal time.

Waited 3 days to be told I violated a rule that being tick scalping in my phase 2

I placed a few trades with the wrong lot size so I closed them within 20seconds without any gains or losses it was accidental. My average trade hold time is 4hrs so I did t think it would be an issue.

They didn't care about that they hard breached me took all profits and the account, I got told I need to buy another account.

You can’t make mistakes here guys they’ll punish you for it.

Accused me of one side betting and denied a 1.7k payout on a 50k funded.

looks like they deny the 4/5 figure payouts to pay out the 3 figure payouts.

apparently you cant take 4 sells in a row or 4 buys in a row since its considered one side betting, which is clearly not the case.

Currently fighting the risk team for that payout because I deserve that payout.

Got a 3.2k payout pending will let you know if it gets denied or goes through.

The customer service provided by this company has been profoundly unsatisfactory. My account was arbitrarily restricted without justification, and all subsequent attempts to obtain assistance were effectively futile. The in-app support channels proved non-responsive; no representative contacted me by telephone or email, and no substantive explanation was ever furnished.
In stark contrast,(aegis—recourse) exemplary. Their team demonstrated exceptional diligence, promptness, and professionalism. They articulated the refund procedure with precision, maintained consistent communication, and ensured I was fully apprised at every stage. At no point did I feel disregarded; their approach was proactive, reassuring, and meticulously executed.
The refund was processed in full, and the overall experience was seamless, efficient, and genuinely commendable

Scam run by AJ and Seamus who are spineless subhumans.... You will never get paid out, they denied my payout by made up rules when I followed all the rules disclosed on their platform and ghosted me. If you are serious about trading and respect yourself, don't give your money out to these peasants, it will only fill their pockets with dirty money.

Scammmmm been denied 7k in payouts and breached for nothing TWICE. please do not trust these guys. All they do is promote discounted accounts and hope you fail and if you don’t they just scam you

guys you have denied my payout because your saying I over risked my account is 100k apparently because the risk is 1001 you stated I have over risked this is slippage and commission how is that even fair?

This company never pays out they are pure scammers they do 55% off because this so called business is dying they only payout 500 dollars if u are lucky. My payout was supposed to be 26k on a 200k acc 0 rules breached. I had 3 trades 1 be and 2 tps and they breached my acc saying i was gambling like i understand aj needs the money to pay for his ugly face and teeth but thats just funny+ the support have maybe 0 iq and are apes. Like the whole teams are pure tards like this ugly mf seamus need to pay for an opperation on his face but its w.e i will take legal action and get my money either but never give them any more money!😂

Extremely disappointing experience.

My first payout on a $100k account was denied for "gambling-style" behaviour, despite risking only 0.5% and being told directly by support that requesting a payout after 1 winning trade was allowed and that there was no minimum trade requirement.

After waiting over a week for the risk team to respond, my account was reinstated due to "confusion" in the previous communication. I then traded again, taking both long and short positions and even taking a loss, specifically trying to avoid the concerns raised previously. Despite this, my second payout was also denied because one trade contributed a larger portion of the profits.

Throughout the process I repeatedly asked what objective standards are expected, but clear answers were never provided. It felt like new rules were being created after the fact rather than having clearly defined expectations from the start.

Communication from the risk team was extremely slow, and when I questioned decisions in Discord I was timed out rather than having my concerns addressed.

I have always remained professional and simply wanted to understand what was required to comply. Traders considering this firm should make sure they fully understand how these subjective rules are interpreted before committing.

First, I chose a cTrader account. Then a few days later they tell me that they have closed cTrader and have migrated me to MT5. Now the MT5 login doesn't work and I've emailed support multiple times with no assistance. Pretty poor if you ask me.
