Support is woefully bad
Support is woefully bad. Two bikes from them. Paid for both to be built. Both had issues.
The latest one is now out of warranty period yet we told them in the warranty period. I’m now left with a bike that keeps cutting out and I cannot get the bike back to them without hiring a van as they refuse to collect it.
Avoid! Won’t use them again.

I have provided evidence and videos of the issue. The bike has been maintained. It has had issues from new though which were raised.
Please don’t make out you have done all you can. I have an email saying it would be collected. Then I was told it wouldn’t be.
You have my details and no one has attempted to call me to sort it out. It has been left, hoping that I will go away.

When you first contacted us regarding the issues with your bike, our Technical Support team reviewed the symptoms you described and provided troubleshooting advice, including checking and cleaning the carburettor and using fresh fuel. The symptoms reported, such as bogging and cutting out, can commonly be associated with maintenance, fuel quality or setup, so these checks are an important part of identifying the cause.
Our team also requested some additional information and simple checks to help diagnose the issue further. Unfortunately, you advised that you did not wish to continue with the troubleshooting process and instead wanted the bike inspected in person.
We appreciate that carrying out troubleshooting can sometimes be inconvenient. However, our Technical Support team can only diagnose an issue remotely when we are given the opportunity to work through the appropriate checks. We have made several attempts to assist and establish the cause of the problem, and the options available to you have been explained throughout our correspondence.
We remain happy to assist. You can either continue working with our Technical Support team to help diagnose the reported issue remotely, or return the bike to the store it was originally collected from so that a non-warranty assessment can be carried out.

Avoid this cheap crap
Avoid this cheap crap. After two hours it broke down. Had to wait 4 months for them to collect and apparently it broke because i used it in the rain (ridiculous since this is an outdoor dirt bike).
Now i have to start a legal action against them to recover over £1000 paid.
Save your money and find other more reputable seller.
These are funny bikes, not fun bikes. You get more stress than fun

We’re sorry to see your updated review and that you remain unhappy with the outcome of your case.`
Your bike was returned to us and thoroughly inspected by our technical team. The motor had failed; however, the inspection also identified clear evidence of water ingress. The water detection indicator within the control box had been affected, and the battery water detection label had been removed. Our technicians subsequently tested the bike with a replacement motor and confirmed that it operated correctly.
While this is an off-road dirt bike, that does not mean its electrical components are waterproof or that the bike is designed to be used or stored in wet or waterlogged conditions. Unfortunately, the evidence found during inspection showed that water had entered the electrical components and was a significant factor in the failure.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, but it does not cover water ingress or damage resulting from misuse. For this reason, the repair could not be accepted as a warranty claim. You were provided with the findings of our assessment and a quotation for the replacement motor and necessary labour.
We appreciate that you disagreed with our technical findings and subsequently chose to formally dispute the matter. That process has now concluded.
We understand this was not the outcome you wanted, but we cannot agree that the bike simply failed after minimal normal use. Our decision was based on the physical condition of the bike when it was inspected and the results of the testing carried out by our technicians.

The bike was purchased in December 2025, approximately eight months before this review was left. You did contact our Technical Support team shortly after purchase; however, the assistance required at that time related to the setup and operation of the bike. Our technician provided guidance regarding the battery parameters, and following this advice, it was confirmed that the bike was working correctly. We also subsequently assisted with a maintenance query.
Since that time, we have not been made aware of any further faults with the bike. If we are not informed that there is a problem, unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to investigate it or help resolve it.
We have dedicated Technical Support and Parts teams who are here specifically to support our customers. If you are now experiencing an issue or are struggling to identify the parts you require, please contact us directly with the details. Our team will be happy to assist in identifying the correct parts and helping resolve any outstanding issues.

Super simple to order over the phone for us that don't take kindly to ordering online,the staff were great and very helpful. Product arrived before time,well packed and as described. Birthday fail avoided.
After being let down by another online seller, and boys birthday imminent. I called FunBikes. The company offered good advice on sizing, and the products were in stock in the UK. Delivery was sooner than estimated, and the bikes are great!

I received a faulty bike with exposed…
I received a faulty bike with exposed wiring on the breaks and scratches around the same area. I’ve sent numerous emails and called to request a replacement bike but was only offered a replacement brake cable which I then had to install myself. I am going to have to contact my bank to resolve this issue now. How I can be sold a brand new bike which is faulty and then not be given a replacement bike ?
I offered them 3 options which I deemed very fair.
Full refund and you collect the bike or Replacement bike and partial refund or a Similar bike replacement such as amped 20 pro at reduced cost.
