Poor customer service/communication

Very disappointed with level of customer service. Been a regular customer for several years for boiler service - straightforward. Arrived for boiler fault, disabled the boiler and left us with dripping boiler not working so no hot water or central heating. Promised to return with spare part. 10 days later still no contact, email x2, phone x1 txt x1, eventually email at 13 days to say leg injury and wouldn't be able to do the job - to get someone else. Even with a leg injury you can speak on a phone email or txt. Very disappointing customer communication - would not recommend or use again since no qualms leaving us without heat or hot water.

Clean and efficient worker

Very pleased with the work carried out by Fullflow Plumbing. We quickly agreed the work required to replace my kitchen tap and on the agreed day the work was carried out quickly and efficiently.
I am very happy with the result and would be happy to call on them again, should I have need of their services.

Shame

Firstly, I’m sure this companies work is professional and to a high standard .
However, to dump commercial waste into a communal bin results in ALL residents being invoiced for an uplift.
Very disappointing to see the two employees fly tip the old boiler etc into the bin store at Slateford Gait .
Rather than take the rubbish in their van.

I appreciate your feedback and would have liked the chance to explain prior to a 1 star review without seeking an explanation as to why the rubbish was disposed of on site.
Firstly let me appogise for the confusion over the rubbish dumped. The rubbish was not of commercial waste but domestic waste. The guys informed me they had a box of rubbish from our clients property which they emptied in to the landfill bin and cardboard in to the recycling as instructed by our client. They also left the boiler at the side of the bins to be picked up by our scrap merchants on them reopening. This was only left today as this was not a planned job for today but an emergency with our client that having hot water or heating. Should this have been a different day we would have removed the boiler from site. All this was done on the instruction from our client.

We’ve just had a new shower and…

We’ve just had a new shower and panelling fitted. The job was done on time and the quality of the finish is superb. Very clean and tidy and a pleasure to have in the house - we would definitely use them again.
