Ridiculous
Not going to use it again rules are too strict tho I passed the challenge of making £6000 profit for the 100k account at some point I had a live position open when I was in profit £5000 at £105000 that position went to -2000 which was under my daily drawdown and under my daily loss as I was £5000 in profit anyway that position didn’t close was left open and it went to positive balance from £103000 to £106000 as I passed the challenge and waiting for my live account credentials I have received an email saying I have breached the 2 percent rule of negative love balance nonsense I had with these 8 accounts some of them passed some of them failed but I have never received a payout as it’s always some nonsense reason for them not to pay me. Do not waste your money and time it’s a scam. Do yourselves a favour and go with big established companies have a Google search pick the biggest one with the longest history of being on the market and go with that

Account Terminated Before Payout
Account Terminated Before Payout – Extremely Disappointing Experience ...... I had an instant funded account with FTUK and built the account up to approximately $14,500 in profit, with a $12,000 balance. My account was disabled just $300 before reaching the payout threshold.
After passing their interview process, instead of processing the payout, I was informed that my account was under review. Shortly after, the account was terminated under “Multiple Location Activity.”
I have never intentionally traded from multiple countries, nor have I used any VPS service. The issue appears to relate to an IP classification matter, yet no detailed technical evidence was provided beyond general statements.
What concerns me most is the timing — the termination occurred immediately before payout eligibility, and my follow-up emails requesting clarification and escalation were ignored.
I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Transparency, clear evidence, and proper communication are essential in this industry, especially when significant profits are involved.
I hope the company reconsiders how these situations are managed in the future.

This account had previously received multiple successful payouts, which further demonstrates that FTUK processes withdrawals in accordance with our program rules when all requirements are met.
Following a detailed compliance review, the account was found to have been accessed from multiple geographic locations on the same trading day. Under our program rules, accounts must be operated consistently from a single declared location, and any conflicting access patterns are treated as a serious breach of the agreement.
We provided the relevant connection records directly and conducted a comprehensive internal review before confirming the final decision. While we appreciate the later explanation regarding a possible background VPN connection, maintaining account environment integrity remains the trader’s responsibility under the terms accepted at registration.
FTUK enforces its rules consistently across all accounts, regardless of profit size, and we remain committed to fair and transparent treatment for all participants.

I like the company how all works
I like the company how all works. Good customer service is responding quickly, good AI service build into the website so you get your answers fast, the dashboard looks very nice and its updated all the time, main thing for me is/was there is no hidden rules its all clear from the beginning so you know what you are facing before you start the challenge. I cant say much about payouts as Im working currently towards my first one but Im pretty sure shouldnt be an issue as all going smoothly. Unfair Hidden Rules STAY AWAY
I passed their 2 Step Challenge and was supposed to get funded but today I got an email saying I breached their hidden 30 second rule despite buying the NEWS ADDON with my account?! Stay FAR away from them too many hidden rules including a hidden 10 day consistency rule once you do get funded.

Hidden system called Payout Locker
They have a Payout Locker system that makes it difficult to withdraw profits of funded account.
You must have 10 trading days with at least 0.5% profit.
After a payout, the maximum draw-down changes, so you need to leave a sufficient profit buffer.
This goes far beyond filtering out gamblers and is unreasonably restrictive.
I wouldn’t recommend this prop firm unless you’re a high win-rate scalper.

Like all proprietary trading firms, FTUK employs structured risk management mechanisms to ensure long-term sustainability for both traders and the firm.
The Payout Locker does not prevent traders from withdrawing profits. Traders are able to withdraw their earned profits in full. The Payout Locker is only applied after a payout has been made and does not restrict access to profits that have already been earned.
Its purpose is to limit 'post-payout downside risk', discouraging excessive leverage and gambling behaviour after profits have been secured. This protects both the trader’s equity curve and the firm from unnecessary exposure following a successful withdrawal. This is a standard and transparent risk control, not a withdrawal restriction.
The claim that this is a “hidden system” is also incorrect. FTUK has consistently ensured that all trading rules and mechanisms are clearly documented and publicly available. The Payout Locker is fully explained in our FAQ section, including the rationale behind its use.

Lightning Challenge is a Scam
The lightning challenge is a means to extort from traders, i did meet the profit target twice and i was told about the consistency rule which was not displayed on the information page for the challenge. I am really disappointed with FTUK.
