I had some issue with the seller, not fruugo themselves but I reached out to fruugo and they sorted me out .Good to know I can with peace of mind knowing they will help if something happens

I ordered Dual-Function Rowing and Skiing Home Fitness Machine with Backlit Display and Digital Timer from Fruugo and they only delivered the digital timer and when I track the delivery it says it has been delivered. My order is 6032126156187. The wrong order was delivered at the security gate since I was out of Gauteng. Just saw the order now. Please assist with my correct order.

I ordered patches via Fruugo and they never arrived. Fruugo then advised that they refunded me the money I spent but I am yet to receive it. It's been over a month going on two months now and there is no way to escalate the matter. I've been checking my bank statements and still nothing.

Awesome, came earlier then expected just don't like the fact that the delivery took a photo of my ID card.

The delivery took forever and the pen had no clear coat side as described in turtorials. Communication is bad to non-existant.

FUURGO ARE GREAT, I ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY UPDATED ME DAILY ON THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER, WITH IN ONE WEEK MY GOODS WERE DELIVRED AS PROMISED BY THEM

Great service, although it was difficult trying to change my order. The estimated delivery time was well exceeded and recieved my order.. 8 days earlier... I would use them again.

I placed an order in January that was never delivered. Fruugo should be avoided because it is run by AI bots that cant be contacted. With the same confidence that this AI bot announced that my parcel was delivered it proclaimed that purchase was refunded but nothing happened.

I was updated on the expected delivery date regularly. I also like the fact that there are no additional charges once the order is completed.

I have been kept updated about my order. The company is doing a wonderful job in terms of keeping to its promises.

It's very easy to shop in and very helpful with the items I search they do have so It's been really good, no complaints

The company is great. I made an order of a Wig and a lighter but the issue is that the I received an email saying I will receive my order on the 26th of March and I didn't, I received it at a later date, and when I did receive it the lighter was not working. And I have not received my second order (Wig), the email said I will receive it by 27th of April so I will have to wait until then.
