Io mi sto trovando malissimo , ho fatto una vincita sostanziosa a gennaio e ad oggi mi sono andati a buon fine solo 3 prelievi ,l'ultimo mi è arrivato l'8 marzo e da allora che provo a fare altri prelievi ma restano sempre in fase di "verifica" e non succede nulla , inoltre alcune volte trovo dei bonus attivi (non sono io ad attivarli ) che bloccano automaticamente i prelievi .
Se risolvono bene ,altrimenti non consiglio.

25 días esperando a que llegue el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria
Me di de alta en FRUMZI el 26 de enero de 2024 y he estado haciendo apuestas deportivas sin problemas hasta ahora. El 18 de marzo de 2026 intenté entrar en mi cuenta y no pude. Me aparecía un mensaje que decía que mi cuenta estaba cerrada temporalmente. Que me pusiera en contacto con el soporte para saber los motivos del cierre y para proceder al retiro del dinero que tengo en mi cuenta de Frumzi a mi cuenta bancaria.
El 19 de marzo contacté con el soporte de Frunzi y me respondieron que el cierre de mi cuenta era por una decisión administrativa, que el cierre no se podía revertir y me pedían mis datos bancarios para proceder al retiro de fondos hacia mi cuenta bancaria. Yo les envié mis datos ese mismo día.
El 27 de marzo, pasados 8 días, me puse en contacto de nuevo con el soporte técnico de Frumzi para preguntar cuanto tardarían en hacer el ingreso de los fondos en mi cuenta bancaria. Me respondieron el mismo día diciendo que comprendían mi situación y que tuviese paciencia. Que mi caso se había trasladado al departamento correspondiente y que en cuanto hubiese novedades me lo comunicarían por mail. Que tuviese paciencia.
Han pasado 25 días y no me ha llegado el dinero ni tengo noticias de en qué estado se encuentra el proceso de retiro de dinero. Y por supuesto no puedo entrar en mi cuenta. Por favor ¿Me podrían ayudar a recuperar mi dinero? ¿Me podría informar la persona que suele contactar con Frumzi cuando está previsto que llegue el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria?

Les cuesta muchísimo tramitar los retiros
Les cuesta muchísimo tramitar los retiros. Tengo un retiro del dia 24 de marzo que aun no he cobrado. Segun ellos un problema con el proveedor.
De momento me hicieron cancelarlo y volver a empezar el tramite.
Les comenté que ya que se había retrasado todo sin tener culpa que agilizaran el tramite.
Te dicen que si, te piden disculpas, pero no hace nada de nada.
Muy mal servicio de soporte.
Preguntas por esto y responden en general como van los retiros, eso si con educación y pudiendo disculpas en cada frase.
En resumen, muchas palabras pero ningún hecho

I made a withdrawal on March 23rd, it's already March 30th and nothing has been updated yet.
I went into live chat with the Frumzi team 3-4 times and they only say that they reported the situation to the responsible department in all the chats I had with them and to wait.
I think it's absurd to have such a long wait for a withdrawal of only 300 euros...

Ovviamente è una strategia per far si che le persone nell'infinita attesa rigiochino i soldi vinti che puntualmente perderanno.

I have been trying to withdraw money for the last 8 days and they make it impossible. They just ignore you and say the money is coming,
Don’t deposit money here, you will struggle to withdraw even if you win
Edit- now 10 days , and still nothing , I have emailed and went to the help center and all they say is sorry, we are working on it,
