Don’t ever use this casino, it’s a complete scam, they allow you to opt into bonus and when you meet the wagering requirements you won’t receive your bonus, they will say that you weren’t eligible, however you were never made aware and when asked for a refund, they just spout loads of lies to not give you it, the customer service is horrendous, you might as well throw your money down the drain

False advertisement of what they say on the website “lightning fast withdrawal” and what they say on the confirmation email of withdrawal request “should be processed within next 24 hours”.
I have requested two withdrawals one is over 24 hours now and another will be 24 hours soon in few hours. My withdrawals has not been processed. I live chat with John first he told me that it should be processed in the evening, when i went to live chat again after couple of hours he told me that it should be processed in the morning, which would be more than 24 hours.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of what they say on the website about withdrawal. NOT HAPPY and VERY STRESSFUL for customer for having to keep asking about withdrawal. SHOULD HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS HERE BEFORE I SIGNED UP.

I dont use welcome bonuses, i hit multiple £5 bonuses on slots and none of them paid more than £100, 1 paid nothing. Complete fraud casino and I'm questioning the authenticity of their license

DONT USE my friends account was verified they have took my friends money for over a year and now that they won 3 grand and want to withdraw it they are disputing it even though it states in there policys that all payment methods have to be verified before they will take any money from you I have been waiting over 2weeks now how is this even still a legal site is beyond me

Just put £10 into their site expecting the 20spins welcome offer to be activated and they haven’t done it, I’ve then went to withdraw and get my money back and it hasn’t been done either! I put £10 on because there was a bonus offer of 100 percent bonus match. So opted into this offer and when I looked again my bonus match was not added as it opted me back out. As their was a technical issue on their side. I told the customer service team and manager about this and more or less said it was my fault when it was theirs. In the past week I've deposited 30 times to play one single medium volatility slot, can never seem to win and if I do I have to lose nearly all my money before I can win. I get its gambling and you win and lose but to literally pay out little to nothing is a joke. I deposit in 50 pound increments but can never win past my deposit and most of the time I dont win a single penny back, i get 10/15 lots of free spins in one play session that each pays a 0x each time which I find absolutely remarkable, dont waste you're money on this site because all it seems to do it take, take, take and you get the response of it's all random, yeah of course me losing 30 deposits is random. Originally joined and deposited about 10 x £100 and won £6k on Wanted. Did usual verification and was paid out no problem. Had multiple wins totalling £45k after deposit only £100 one night but £3-4k losses over a 3-4 week period! Was worried as they wanted to validate the wins with the game providers (which I found very suspect as there were 8 withdrawals totalling £45k) Any despite a few irate email exchanges I was paid in full within 3 working days straight to my bank account! Would happily recommend

Crooks.Gave evidence of identity (passport) and this was accepted to verify age. Took deposit after deposit without asking for proof of a phone bill and THEN try and withdraw to be told you can’t withdraw without a copy of a phone bill (don’t receive them). Ok to put money in without verifying your phone but not ok to withdraw…ridiculous

This is a very very poor site. I have attempted to withdraw £750.00. Funnily enough it hasn’t arrived. This has never happened to me at any other Casino, ever. Customer service kept telling me the payments were sent, then yesterday I was told that it was an issue with World Pay. I was also told that sometimes banks hold up payments to check them. I went to the bank this morning, the bank clerk assured me that no payments have been attempted or held up for checks. I find this highly suspicious and now I am concerned that I will never receive these winnings. I have kept transcripts of the chat conversations. I have the contact of someone at the Gambling Commission; they will be copied into my complaint later on today.

Didnt pay winnings. Made excuses to not accept ID.
Poor experience with customer services and genuine unhelpfulness.
