Bloody awful
Bloody awful. Was suckered in by the free 100 spins for £10. Won about £1.50 on my £10 then £2.50 on the free ones. Couldn’t withdraw my losses so lost the rest on roulette. Knew we should have gone black… I am now very gamble aware and hate them all. Hope the daily freebies are good.

Thanks for your review, a little bit to unpick there but ultimately we would always strongly recommend being gamble aware. Safe play is the only way to go. However, the hate is concerning. If you are finding such strong emotions invoked, you may wish to consider using some Play Safe tools in your account or checking out Gamstop, BeGambleAware and others who can assist in maintaining this as it should be, a fun, leisure hobby without expectations.

Worst casino I’ve ever played on and the customer service is seriously lacking. Had to reload a game 30x to be able to use the spins and then it took the winnings too. Don’t waste your time or money.

Another site with poor online issues to the new account holder.
As part of my ongoing "checking casino sites for a charity" for their opening accounts procedures, Fruitkings was next up. Completed all the usual online stuff and was met with a message saying that they had a verification issue and that I had been sent an email that I had to respond to before any account would be open. Upon checking my email all I had from them was an email welcoming me to the site with al the usual messages that you get from other sites, no other email has been received and 24 hours on still nothing, can't log into the site so can't use live chat, not great.

Terrible site
Terrible site, very laggy, rarely win anything. I played slots won nothing then I went to blackjack placed a hand and won and it just gave me my stake back not my winnings. Very untrustworthy WOULD AVOID!

Good site but delayed withdrawal
Site is great and had a couple of withdrawals this week after joining. However, I've been waiting two days for my withdrawals and they've not even been looked at. I expect a casino to stick to their timeframes. I have chased it up and it's been escalated but still no money in my account. I'll update to 5 stars if it goes in today as no other issues apart from this.

Awful site, gives out empty bonus spins, got 4 scatters on fish and frenzy big catch £1!! 15 bonus spins. He came out 3 times. out 15 and out of the 3 2 times he came out with nothing. Never seen anything like it. Awful.
