They all made the Members Voluntary Liquidation process so easy and they couldn't have been more helpful. The fees for the Bronze Plus Service I used provide great value for money. Just completed the meetings to place the company into Members Voluntary Liquidation. Brilliant service to get to this stage - very responsive and prompt clear answers given to any questions. Very flexible to accomodate constraints with the timing. The guidance and templates provided to conduct meetings and pass necessary resolutions were excellent.
The bronze service requires the directors to get up front work completed so the company has completed all trading activities, paid all taxes and has only a single bank account but the fee that then applies for this case is great value.

Timely responses and clear communication

Update: I have just discovered from the Insolvency Practitioners Association that Jeremy Frost (Director of Frost Group) was
previously issued a Disciplinary Consent Order by the REGULATION AND CONDUCT COMMITTEE and fined £7500 because he “breached the Fundamental principles of Professional Competence and Due Care and Professional Behaviour”. I only wish I was aware of this before I decided to proceed with Frost Group. *True information from the Insolvency Practitioners Association website (click main menu -> Regulation Overview -> Enforcement Notices -> 2021 -> “Disciplinary Consent Order – Jeremy Frost – 23 April 2021”). They also ask for “bank transfer” for payment as opposed to a debit/credit card payment meaning you cannot dispute with your bank once the funds have left your account. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. You have to go through Small Claims Court to retrieve your funds.

Original: States “Free Advice” on the website but they have charged me for EVERYTHING (not related to the actual winding down of the company). For example they have billed me for the calls I’ve had with them including the initial enquiry call! They have also billed me for their staff “proof reading” an email they send to me and everything in between I am shocked to say the least.

Long story cut short they qualified me for the bronze package of £2500 + VAT after clear communication and answers on my part to their qualifying questions. After I paid the full amount, Jeremy Frost (the director) demands I pay an extra £1500 plus VAT to continue with the CVL. I asked for a refund and agreed to pay for the work that has been done so far (only the KYC has been completed by them) and they have only refunded me a total of £566.40. Daylight robbery. I was also told to seek legal advice by Jeremy Frost when I told him I will be leaving an honest review to which I have been told by solicitors that this is simply a scare mongering tactic. I will be taking further action against the ill service I have received.

I've been putting off liquidating my company for years, as I'd always assumed that the process would be long and painful. I chose Frost because they clearly outlined all steps (in order) on their website, and they have a very reasonable fixed fee. I am very glad that I made this decision and would highly recommend Frost - they are quick and clear and very very responsive. The process is onerous but that's not a reflection on Frost, and Frost certainly do all that they can to guide you through. Special thanks to Kerry, who is been super helpful throughout.
