Shoes arrived and had very clearly been…
Shoes arrived and had very clearly been worn, soles were completely scuffed and toe prints in shoes. For a very expensive pair of shoes this was not acceptable. The discount then offered to was not appropriate as I was in a very tricky situation where I was unable to return them due to them being the only pair in my size anywhere and needing them for a wedding. I paid a lot of money for a very poor quality pair of shoes.

Hi Kim,
We’re sorry that the shoes reached you in a condition that fell below our usual standards. The slight marks to the leather soles occurred while the shoes were being tried on in-store. However, as discussed during our correspondence, they should never have passed our inspection process and we’ve since reviewed our procedures to help prevent this happening again.
In recognition of the condition of the soles, we offered a further reduction of 45% from the price you paid. We can’t understand why you feel this is not appropriate. Combined with the original 35% sale reduction, this meant the shoes were offered to you at below what we had paid for them as a goodwill gesture.
We also made it clear that if you weren’t happy with this resolution we would have them picked up and issue a full refund. You instead chose to accept the goodwill refund and keep the shoes.
We’re sorry that despite our efforts to resolve the matter you remain disappointed. If you do decide that you’d rather not keep the shoes, our offer of a full refund remains open.

A closet refresh every time
Every time I visit Edinburgh, I fit in a trip to Frontiers. Jane and Kim curate such a distinctively cool and varied selection of clothes. Of course the Forbes knitwear line is a well-made local standout. And, not to be overlooked, my favorite socks have come from this shop!
This year I brought my teenage daughter (from the US), who as our purchases were rung up looked around the shop and declared Edinburgh to be a very stylish city. Never disappointed!

Superb shop, service and products!
This is the third time I have bought online from this fabulous shop. The service is always excellent, with quick delivery and good quality but responsible packaging. The products are always exactly as described. What is there to fault? Nothing.

I had a question about the material in the denim fabric and they answered me very quickly.
The delivery was fast too.
Very happy with my jeans, and using them, I will definitely look at their online store next time (I live down south).
