Extremely disappointing experience with Frsmol! I made a $5,000 payment on February 11 after having having a professional communication with the company.

Before taking the payment, the communication was good. The sales manager Ladon Raees made several commitments regarding my order. I was told that my payment would be confirmed within 3 days.

After receiving my payment, everything changed.

They stopped communicating with me and have not responded to my emails or calls. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to get a simple update, but I am not receiving any response.

It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to make a payment of $5,000 and then be completely ignored. Ladon Raees made commitments throughout the sales process, but after receiving the payment, he became unresponsive.

I trusted this company I deeply regret that trust now. A company should not disappear after receiving a customer's money.

Fresmol, I am asking for a clear response regarding my $5,000 payment and order. Ignoring emails and calls is not an acceptable way to treat a customer.

I would strongly advise other customers to never make any payment to this company. Stay Away from these Scammers!

Fresmol was responsive and easy to contact before I made the payment. But after getting the payment they disappeared. I paid $8,400 on June 4, and was told my payment would be confirmed within 3 days. More than two months have passed, and I still have not received any confirmation.

I have made repeated calls and sent several emails, but they don't answer anything.

Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone considering Fresmol to be extremely cautious before making a payment.

I paid $600 upfront via wire transfer for 50 units after they promised to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA), Transparency Codes, and full Amazon ungating documentation upon payment. No legitimate distributor makes this kind of guarantee. After payment was sent, I received no response, no shipment, and no documentation. Their policy states no refunds or cancellations once payment is made. Be very cautious of any supplier that guarantees LOA or Amazon ungating approval in exchange for payment - this is not how legitimate distribution works. I am sharing this so other Amazon sellers do not lose money the way I did.

Big no to this especially for Amazon sellers they took payment from me using wire transfer and stop responding me instead off shipping the inventory to me.They have created a fake website the original brand's website is 'thefresmol.com'
They have made a 2400$ fraud with my company Please avoid this fake site fraudsters .
