This is the third time I have had meat from you . I can not fault your quality of meat . I just think your courier should take more car of your product as this is the third time box has arrived damaged. Your courier has let you down yet again . Two out of three vacuum packs were punchered from what ever had punched through the side of the box . I must be the most unlucky person ever as all my deliveries from you have issues in transit . Like I have already said your meat i can not fault it has all been exceptional. I just don't like the condition it gets delivered in . This is the reason I have not bought anything from you since the last fiasco I had with the condition the box got delivered . I thought I would give you another chance to see if your courier service was better but obviously no change. Many thanks

My order as just arrived brilliant from the packaging to the products thick cut steaks as I like got the 3kg of Rump but doubled up to 6kg and got the 2kg of rib eye and the steak selection box brilliant 💪👊

Terrible customer service - no response to emails or messages to respond to issues. Company is a disgrace.

I have had a few orders now with Fresh Meat Packs UK and to be honest the meat and service is unbelievable.

In my latest order there was an issue I reported and instantly they created a new order to replace without fail, so you couldn’t really ask for better.

All of the meat I have had is really tasty and of high quality and I have found my go to place now

You get what it says on the tin
Quality produce from the black pudding all the way up to the succulent steaks and reasonably priced with excellent communication regarding your products and delivery.
Would recommend to anyone.

Very Difficult in these times to find a butcher that lives up to expectations.

Amazing service every week , delivered to my door on a day of my choice , great quality tasty meat , amazing selection to choose from , easy to freeze also as great packing choice , never look back now for me and my family easily beats supermarket meat every time

Ordered 6kg of lean rump steak and at last a company that delivers exactly what you order,had a couple last night and delicious great to find a company that deliver what's advertised and free delivery, only problem is I'm gonna need a bigger freezer!! If you are worried it's too good to be true don't be just great prices and great products.
