Listen well to reviewer Sonya Womac, and every other complaining reviewer they say it all. What is possibly wrong with the reviewer who liked her product? No idea, her taste is in her mouth. You are forced to give a star rating to move on to review. This company deserves no stars at all they are in negative star territory. NEVER order. Their is no rug...do you understand me & Sonya? There is no rug. You will be shipped a piece of garbage I promise you cannot imagine the level of. We have all gotten disappointing online items but this garbage is so disgusting it cannot even be donated no one would know what it was. You will have to throw it away when you don't get your $$ back & you won't. Title of my review is Fraud. I have reported them to my credit card company (largest world wide bank), as fraud. This company is high level fraud operation. If you order you will experience fraud if you never have before. BUYER BEWARE...!!! You've been warned.

Do NOT order from this company, They said my product was delivered and to check my local USPS. I have checked they don't have it nor do they recognize the tracking number they provided. I had emailed them multiple times asking for a refund. Only response I get is the same, to check my local USPS.

This was the worst company to ever purchase merchandise service, I placed an order i. The month of Dec 2024 and receive my order in the month of April. I i contacted them several times prude. Email they responded back to me. It informed me that they that my order was on its way. They gave me a tracking number to check on my order, which tried to charge me a fee of which I refused to pay. I i finally received my product, which was poorly manufactured.
And I'm now trying to go through the process of getting a refund, which I'm not getting a response from the company at this time and I don't have a contact number to reach them by. I've emailed multiple times and no response.

The rug they sent me was terrible. It is thin with no pile. It is a picture pasted on a plastic rug. It took me weeks to get it. Paid with PayPal. Told to contact the seller who was named as Green Yam. They never answered any of my 3 emails. PayPal settled in their favor because it was over the 30 day period. This is a real scam. I am so upset.

Took way too long to receive order. Also very thin small duvet for the price paid. Ordered a twin and it doesn't fit the bed too short. Learned a valuable lesson not to order from this company again.

The absolute worst company ever. I finally just received my so-called rug that I have waited a month and a half for, and at that point I was supposed to get a refund and not the rug but all of a sudden the rug appeared at my door. There is a good reason for that, because they do not want to refund anyone and the rug, if you can actually call it that is absolutely horrendous. It is not rug material and it is so thin that it can barely be considered a tablecloth. Never ever ever would I recommend this scam company

They stole my money and claimed I didn't pay them

If there were no stars I’d hit that. WORST rug ever. WORST customer service ever. The “rugs” are material with a print on them. No rug fibers . No rug at all. It’s a giant piece of crap on a good day. They would not let me return them because they said nothing was wrong with them. They are CRAP!! F this shady CHINESE company.

The merchandise was poor and quality poor, the wait was long, the purchase it incomplete and the my ability the contact them was difficult. And to return the merchandise was worse. The price was too high for the quality of the item.

I would give Freshouse Shop 0 stars. Ordered a blanket and the description was inaccurate and the blanket is really thin. Attempted to get a refund or return the item and the company has went silent. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Definitely scammers, don’t buy anything from them.

I ordered a Bigfoot lap quilt to gift my veteran friend who was hit by a drunk driver in April and is still in ICU. This was Aug 1. I got the quilt the end of Sept.
The quilt is OK except the one they sent in personalized to someone named Alex. My friend is not named Alex.
They said they would replace it. I have NOT been able to get in touch with anyone since.

This company is a joke. Do not buy from this company! It’s been over three weeks. Still haven’t gotten my rug. I had to use PayPal. Ever since I had to use PayPal, my account has been hacked. Do not buy from this company! Also when I finally got my rug, it looked nothing like the picture!!!

I ordered a rug for fall...Nothing but a glorified place mat...I'm trying to get refund but looks like I won't get a response according to the other reviews. Why do these people take advantage of us. Last time for you China!!!!!

I never received my order and they ignored all of my inquires requesting an update. After about a month I contacted my bank and disputed the charge which my bank refunded.
After that they emailed me asking for a review (amazing, right?) and a discount offer. I responded to that email with a "not on your life" kind of message. Now, they contact me daily to try to get me to close the case with PayPal. I didn't open a PayPal case, I went through my bank.
Bottomline, this place is a scam.

Their Celtic design rug…with deep black Celtic knot designs…arrived and was various shades of gray. In addition, it’s not a rug…it’s an over-sized t-shirt…it’s that thin.

I sent them photos and I’ve heard nothing back.

This company is a true rip-off. Do not order from them you will be sorry. They advertised a rug on their website. It was 69.99 plus shipping coming from Singapore. ..total about 100.00. It arrived yesterday. It was nothing but a thin mat. Can't return it because I have to pay my own shipping and there's nothing wrong with it so they won't refund. Such a scam!! Why didn't they say it was a mat? 100$ wasted!!

I didn’t even what to give them 1 star. I had to to be able to write a review. So this is a 0 STAR review.This company is pathetic. I purchased a rug that was pictured on line as bright and colorful. What I received was a floor matt that cost $69.99 folded up in a box. It was crumpled and wrinkled beyond repair. The creases that were formed from it being in a box were not going to come out. I emailed them with pictures and they offered me a 30% refund. Are you freaking serious? What company does that? Who doesn’t back their product? I refused that refund. They then emailed said they would give me 50% refund. I didn’t take it. I would rather share with others what a freaking joke this company is. Save your money and DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING from this company. What you see on website and what you get isn’t what you get at all. No matter how nice it looks it isn’t gonna be what you get. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased what I thought was a rug from Fresh House. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase. The supposed rug I ordered was like a thin towel. When I treid to contact Fresh House that I was not happy with the purchase, I never got a response. $75.00 wasted.
