Fresher Start- End of Tenancy Cleaning Anmeldelser 333

I was ripped off with double accounting for the parking which left me out of pocket. The cleaner asked for £30 direct and then it was also added into my bill anyway. In the confusion I paid both and then no response when I asked for this to be resolved.

Cleaners turned up 1 hour 30 mins late, no contact until I rang up the main switchboard, meant I had to go back at 8pm on a Sunday to sort keys. Flat was cleaned to a poor standard, lost out on our deposit because of it and emails ignored asking for a re clean as per the conditions of the service.
Will update if partial refund given for poor service, but no contact with company since then.

David J and his teammate did an excellent job and were very polite, courteous and professional. The house was thoroughly deep cleaned, and they got rid of any smells from the previous tenancy. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free, clean move-in experience! Thanks a lot!

David and his colleague did a very good job, he arrived earlier than I thought I needed, and that really saved my day. I wouldn't have finished without their help, and he managed to clean everything spotless! I was very satisfied with the efficiency and the level of cleanliness.

Suthan and Gokan were absolute stars, they paid such close attention to detail, the whole house was sparkling. Used for two house moves, cannot recommend enough

I had my end of tenancy clean done today with David and his colleague. My experience was exceptional and very positive. Communication was amazing and very thorough from start to finish. David and the team were very professional, honest and super efficient. They worked extremely hard and did an excellent job at cleaning the flat. I was amazed and I highly recommend this cleaning company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Issly Task handled an end-of-move house clean. I could not be there but they are clearly very experienced with such a situation and it was very easy to arrange access, etc. Sudan, the team leader during the clean, kept me fully informed throughout and I felt very confident that all was in hand.

Professional team did an amazing job David was amazing and so helpful understood what I required. The cleaning was spotless such a great service.

I booked the service for End of Tenancy Cleaning. Suthan and the team did a really nice job. Totally recommended.

The property was not that messy . They take the money up front . I had booked for 9am and the cleaners turned up at 9.40 am .
They had hired a rug doctor machine . The cleaners turned took them 3.5 hrs and I had paid £270 .
One of the chaps has broken the lamp cover on my oven hood , which I had to order .
I have complained to the e-mail and there is no response .
Basically , they take your money and don’t care .Do not be scammed .
I have now seen that they broke a window as well , which will cost £190 plus vat , plus £25 for the lamp cover for my oven hood .
They are not professional

The Issly task team was absolutely amazing, and couldn't recommend them more. I had organized for an end of tenancy clean for a 2 bed flat and they were very lovely and easy to work with, with absolutely no issues, they brought everything they needed and were so pleasant to talk to aswell, and happy to get the job done. Booked a cleaning job. Guys who turned up said they wouldn't have accepted the job if they'd have known the condition of the property, but this was disclosed while booking. Then got an invoice (sent twice a minute apart) saying that it was 24 hours overdue - sent on the day the job was due to happen but didn't. Tried calling, it said use an email address instead but the address given isn't valid. Called again, waited to speak to someone. Call rang for a long while then went to a voicemail but that said no more messages could be left for the user. So not just a let down for the job, but a complete and utter customer service failure as well. Avoid at all costs

David and his colleague did a wonderful job. They are right on time despite the traffic. The studio was nice and clean.

After booking and taking 65 deposit one of their team without any cleaning products or tools to charge us more 45 pounds and he insisted to confirm by email that I will accept their cleaning in any conditions. When I refused to do that they charged me all the deposit taken which is 65 pounds.
Totally unacceptable behaviour

⭐ One Star – Completely Disrespectful Experience

I genuinely wish I didn’t have to write this, but my experience with Issly was incredibly distressing.

I booked an end-of-tenancy clean and paid £470 upfront. Two men arrived and immediately dismissed the job because I still had a few belongings on the dining table — despite the fact I was actively clearing things as they arrived. They told me they were going to call the office and come back to me. Instead, they just left. No update, no email, no next steps. I waited for over an hour in good faith, expecting a response. Nothing came.

The company later claimed the property wasn’t in an “acceptable condition” and that I was “clearly told” this — which simply isn’t true. There was no conversation. They walked off in the middle of a call. I wasn’t given any option to continue the discussion, no opportunity to clarify anything, and certainly no proper explanation of what their so-called standards were.

I now find myself being charged £65 for a “call-out” — for a visit where no service was performed and where I was treated with open dismissal. To make matters worse, they took a photo with me clearly visible in it, without my knowledge or consent, which I find incredibly invasive.

I have lodged a formal dispute with my credit card provider, not just because of the money, but because of how I was made to feel — anxious, humiliated, and disregarded.

Even if this dispute is eventually resolved in my favour, I could never recommend this company. Their handling of the situation was cold, unprofessional, and shockingly poor. Avoid if you value transparency, decency, or simple respect.
