I ordered two jugs of R 22 refrigerant…
I ordered two jugs of R 22 refrigerant within two or three days. I received one where the handle is damaged and smashed and it’s been about two weeks for the second jug and it still hasn’t arrived. No customer service phone number no one to talk to or get a hold of.

We’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience. We located your order, and when you contacted us yesterday, we responded and immediately arranged a replacement shipment to make sure you receive your second jug.
The original FedEx tracking number is 873488322308. Unfortunately, FedEx experienced a shipping delay after the package had already left our warehouse. Since we cannot directly control a package once it is in the carrier’s possession, we promptly sent a replacement rather than asking you to continue waiting.
The new FedEx tracking number is 873810786391. It has already shipped and is currently scheduled for delivery by the end of the day on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Our normal delivery time after shipment is approximately 2–4 business days.
You can check the latest delivery updates directly through FedEx using the new tracking number. We also apologize that the handle on the first cylinder arrived damaged.

I was so skeptical of this deal
I was so skeptical of this deal, especially since I saw it on FB. Well I lost a bet when the 25lbs or 410a showed up at my door in perfect condition, 3 days after ordering. Very pleased!!!!

We’re a bit confused why it shows as “not received” on your side, since the system confirms delivery at the destination. Could you please double-check with:

Your local delivery carrier office
It may also have been left in a safe place or signed for at delivery time.
Also, I checked your order details and it looks like you purchased R134A, not R22 — and the R134A shipment has already been delivered as well.
