TUTORS , TCF & TEF LEARNERS YOU ARE WARNED.Keep away

J.A, it's easy to make AI defend you by writing such a long text.But who defend the innocent teachers and learners trapped by you, by your so called French online school,by your false American phone number, by your false website .There's a question AI can't help you with: HAVE YOU PAID THE TEACHERS YOU PUT IN YOUR VARIOUS WHASTAPP GROUPS which ARE IN FACT KINDS OF CEMETERIES YOU ABANDON? '' We are experiencing bad time s'',it's the answer you give even here . But, why don't pay tutors when you receive payments from the learners ? You block tutors when you steal their money .Your policy is receive& don't give .Stop writing positive reviews for yourself under different nicknames to polish your dirty image and trap more learners and teachers in your scam. I have proofs and evidence , HAVE YOU ?

DON'T TRUST THIS FAKE SCHOOL

WARNING : I was misled by the Canadian address in the site of this so-called school and (+1) phone number listed for the owner. I later discovered this was a scam that costed me time and money :POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE JUST A LURE.Don't fall for it!

We are sorry to hear that your experience left you with this impression. However, after reviewing our records, we have been unable to identify you as either a registered student or tutor on our platform.

Frenchly has always operated as an online educational platform serving an international audience. While we have maintained a Canadian presence and contact information due to our focus on helping students prepare for Canadian immigration language requirements, our operations have involved team members and services across different locations.

We understand that some challenges experienced during a difficult period in our operations may have raised concerns among members of the public. Nevertheless, we strongly reject the characterization of Frenchly as a "scam." Like many growing educational startups, we faced operational and financial difficulties that temporarily affected our ability to deliver services as intended. We made the difficult decision to pause operations while restructuring the business.

We remain committed to transparency and welcome anyone with genuine concerns or questions to contact us directly so that we can address them appropriately.

BEWARE OF SCAM ''TCF & TEF candidates / FRENCH TUTORS

I worked for 3 months under a signed contract — and I was never paid.
I have:
* contract
Multiple payslips / payment orders with ZERO actual payment received
*What is happening:
-A contract is used to create trust — but it is not respected.
-Students are required to pay in advance.
-Tutors receive fake payment documents only.
-Payments are constantly delayed with excuses (“next month”) BUT NEVER RECEIVED.
-When tutors demand payment, they are replaced immediately.
*This activity is still ongoing

We sincerely regret that your experience with Frenchly did not meet your expectations. There is no doubt that the operational and financial difficulties experienced by the company during that period had a significant impact on both tutors and students, and we acknowledge the frustration and disappointment this caused.

Frenchly experienced severe business challenges that affected cash flow and our ability to meet certain financial obligations on time. These challenges were never part of any deliberate intention to mislead or withhold payments from tutors. We understand that delayed payments and ongoing uncertainty understandably led to a loss of confidence among some members of our team.

We take concerns regarding contracts and payments very seriously. While we do not believe it is appropriate to discuss individual contractual matters publicly, we remain willing to engage directly and professionally with anyone who believes they have unresolved concerns.

We also wish to clarify that Frenchly temporarily paused its operations while restructuring the business, and we strongly reject any suggestion that the company was created or operated with the intention to defraud students or tutors.

The difficulties faced by the business have provided important lessons, and we have used this period to review and strengthen our operational and financial processes moving forward.

We appreciate all tutors who contributed to the platform and sincerely apologize for the challenges experienced during this difficult chapter in the company's history.

Frencly Canada, in my opinion, is the most well-balanced online language center. A high-quality language learning school with experienced teachers and a structured curriculum. You can schedule lessons at a time that works for you. They will fit with your schedule. The teachers are really cooperative to make sure you understand every terms of the French language. If you want to improve your existing French language skills or want to begin your journey to experience the beauty of the French language, Frenchly Canada is the platform that will get you there.”

My personal experience

I am so happy because I found frenchly and I started my classes one month ago now. I feel that I’ve progressed incredibly and how much my language has improved. I found full support from James and I have a professional teacher Yves. After one month I recommended it to my son to start his classes too, he is very happy and working with Yves too.

This is a great platform with excellent support! The team is always helpful and quick to sort out anything, from scheduling to learning materials. My teacher, Yves, is amazing—he's kind, patient, and has a fantastic teaching style that makes learning French enjoyable. I highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to improve their French!
