From the initial planning conversations with French Touch Travel to the "on-the-ground" needs during the trip, French Touch Travel was top notch. Their model of experts for different parts of the trip resulted in a great trip planning process and outstanding support during the trip. We had a family of 5 kids and a grandparent on the trip, so various needs were involved and everything went smoothly. We had an ABSOLUTE blast in Paris and various spots through the south of France. Thank you French Touch Travel!

The three women we worked with were so competent, knowledgeable and responsive. Between them, they set up an itinerary that worked well for us. We were in the Loire Valley, Paris, and London. They managed all of the details of a trip with many parts.

We wanted to plan a once in a lifetime trip to Europe and French Touch Travel went above and beyond to help us do that! Everyone we worked with listened to our needs and requests and together we created the perfect itinerary for our family, which included something for everyone! We had all of the information we needed to make us feel comfortable and prepared, and we also knew they were there for us if we needed anything during the trip itself. We fit so much into this trip- saw sights we have always wanted to and had unforgettable experiences together as a family! We will treasure these memories forever and we have French Touch Travel to thank for that!

We loved getting a mix of history and culture, along with some family fun and adventure! Some of our highlights included getting to stand in a courtyard to hear Big Ben ring, seeing Buckingham Palace, taking in the views from the Eiffel Tower and the top of the Arc de Triomphe, walking the Chapel Bridge in Lucerne, taking a gondola ride in Venice and visiting the rooftops of the Duomo di Milano...but also visiting the Harry Potter Studios, Disneyland Paris, the Lindt Chocolate factory and Jungfraujoch, "The Top of Europe!" It was the perfect balance for our family and there are honestly too many amazing memories to list!

We had a truly wonderful trip. Olivia and the team were very responsive. They thought of all sorts of small details (early arrival to busy places, transport, etc) and accounted for us traveling with two children 11 and 14. The excursions they set up for us were perfect. Highlights of the trip were Dinner Cruise on the Seine, Bustronome dinner in London, and Gourmet walking tour in St. Germaine. Would recommend and use again

I cannot say enough good things about French Touch Travel!

I worked for months in advance with Alexia of FTT to plan a vacation for myself and my small family (husband and grandson). I explained to her the kind of vacation I envisioned: a week in Paris followed by a week in Provence, accommodating a thirteen year old boy and his interests. Alexia did a spectacular job! She made suggestions of things we might like to see and do, and I made further suggestions and requests. Together, we developed an incredible itinerary. Then, she made the magic happen.

I can honestly say that I have never had a better vacation (and I have traveled quite a bit!). Alexia arranged drivers to pick us up at our hotels, made all reservations, arranged tickets for all our activities, and chose impeccable guides for all of our private tours.

Let me tell you about our trip. We had a private cooking class in Paris; we rode e-bikes to Versailles; we “solved a mystery” at the Louvre; we had a gourmet food tour of Montmartre; we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower; and we had a sunset dinner cruise an a beautiful boat on the Seine.

After this delightful week in Paris we took the high-speed train to Avignon, where we were met by our guide Sarah who is one of the most delightful people on the planet.

We spent the week with her, as she drove us through the south of France. Sarah showed us Avignon, Gordes, Arles, and Roussillon. She took us on a private tour of a bull ranch in Camargue, followed by lunch at a charming restaurant on the beach. (Our grandson swam in the icy Mediterranean Sea after lunch, and Sarah braved the water up to her knees!). She took us to see the most spectacular villages, to a lavender field (oh, the photos I took!!!), and to a light show of Monet and Rousseau inside an old limestone quarry. All of these things were seamlessly coordinated by Alexia at French Touch Travel.

Without a doubt, the highlight of the trip was having a ride in a hot air balloon to watch the sunrise over the Provençal countryside! I will cherish that day for the rest of my life.

Our hotels were fantastic, as were the restaurants, many of which were recommended by Alexia. We always had assistance available when we needed it via the agency’s app. Alexia kept us informed each day as to arrangements, including flight delays or changes, who would be driving us, and providing online tickets to our planned events. There was a contact person available to help us 24-hours a day online.

Five stars do not seem adequate to describe what was the very best vacation ever.

French Touch Travel, particularly Tenley and Alexia, helped us to experience a trip of a lifetime. We worked with FTT to design the perfect tour of Switzerland and France for us that included once in a lifetime experiences like the women’s Euro championship, the Tour de France and being in Paris for Bastille Day. FTT painstakingly worked on details and kept us up to date on progress. During the trip, Alexia was there virtually to help with every issue and make arrangements for us like getting tickets to visit Notre Dame cathedral and help with restaurant reservations. No detail was too small. We have used many travel companies and French Touch Travel is right at the top.

We recently returned from an unforgettable family trip through Italy and France, expertly arranged by French Touch Travel, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

We visited Rome, Florence, Venice, Paris, Bayeux, and Normandy, and every stop was enriched by the excellent tours French Touch Travel booked for us. The guides were knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about their cities. We especially loved our guides in Paris, who led us through a gourmet food tour and provided insightful, memorable experiences at the Louvre and Versailles.

Overall, French Touch Travel delivered a personalized, stress-free, and enriching travel experience. Their friendly service, flexibility, and deep understanding of our needs made this trip truly special. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a European adventure!

Every detail was considered and our trip was better than we had imagined. The transport, guides, experiences were all top notch. We are seniors and have traveled extensively, and this was one of the best trips of our lives.

Truly white glove planning and service during the trip. I highly recommend using FTT to plan your next trip. It was nice to have a combination of email back and forth and live/virtual meetings during the planning process. She had someone "on call" 24/7 during the trip - even on weekends. We did have occassion during the trip to contact them and each time we got an informed response from someone familiar with our exact itinerary within minutes. The top notch service allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of travel.

French Touch’s Olivia Arnaud is amazing. She and her team (Keji) planned out a great 23 night trip (6 stops) in France with no issues. They suggested staying in Bayeax, Beaune and St Remy in addition to our other planned stops of Paris, Reims and St Malo. All were great picks. All the guides spoke excellent English, were friendly and had great sense of humor. Olivia checked in with us during trip and made dinner reservations, massages during the trip and made modifications as requested. The hotel recommendations were excellent. We had drivers and used trains. The entire trip with contact information was on our phone as were all our tickets. Olivia went above and beyond and exceeded our high expectations. Will use Olivia. Keji and French Touch any time we travel to France.

French Touch Travel and particularly my travel agent Olivia did an amazing job planning our trip to France. All of the tours, drivers and hotels were great. We can't wait to go back.

French Touch Travel - and especially Olivia, our primary contact - made our trip through France seamless and easy! Communication was outstanding from planning to completion, including a long call prior to departure to make sure every detail was understood. We were surprised to have the communication continue throughout our trip as they helped us get last minute reservations and even checked to make sure we were comfortably seated on our train or happy with the hotel that had been recommended. Transfers to trains, restaurants, and attractions were prearranged and so easy. The local guides that were scheduled were true experts who shared personal insights and provided access to places we would not have ever found on our own. We were given access to an app with our itinerary that was updated even while we were traveling and had suggestions for activities and restaurants with links so we could decide how to spend time that we hadn't previously scheduled. If I could give 6 stars I would!! What a great experience!

French Touch worked as a partner in developing an itinerary to match the interests of our family of five with three kids in their 20's. Alexia and her team listened to our focus and developed a plan that met our objectives. They found terrific hotels that were centrally located for walking and the use of public transportation. The itinerary was a mix of churches, palaces, food, river experiences, football and WWII sites (Normandy and Churchill). The details were considered and planned before we left home which allowed us to experience each day "one the ground" seamlessly. Alexia and her team were available and responsive to answer any unexpected questions or changes while we were away. We would highly recommend French Touch for planning holidays in Europe.
