On April 22 (just 11 days after installation, well within the 25-day limit), I successfully completed the final and highest-paying milestone: "Unlock any level IV (T4) troops" (worth 67,178 points / ~$67).

Torox instantly marked this final, high-value milestone as "Expired" on their system. This is a classic, malicious ad-tech practice known as "lead shaving"—where the platform tracks and pays out cheap milestones to build trust, but pockets the advertiser's payout on the highest-paying tier.

--- PART 2: UNDENIABLE PROOF IGNORED FOR 2 MONTHS ---
For nearly two months, I have been pleading with Freeward and Torox support to manually credit my account. I provided them with bulletproof visual evidence:
• Governor ID: 224535029 (Matching my registered session).
• Academy Screen: Showing Level IV "Samuray" fully completed (1/1).
• Barracks Screen: Showing 39,273 active Level IV Samurai troops (marked with gold Roman numeral "IV").

Despite this, both support teams engaged in finger-pointing. Freeward claimed they cannot do anything, while Torox hid behind automated advertiser rejection templates.

--- PART 3: ILLEGAL EXTORTION (SHANTAJ) & INSULTS ---
After two months of being ignored, I left an honest negative review on Trustpilot. The response from Freeward Support was shocking and a direct violation of Trustpilot's Merchant Terms of Service regarding user coercion and review gating.

Just read this, I've been incredibly patient with them. At first, they said strange things like T4 units unlock at castle level 25, and that I'd already received my payment. I was kept waiting like crazy during this process, I got angry, and there's still no payment. There's concrete evidence that the payment hasn't been made. They host the Torox platform, which scams its users; you can present concrete proof that they acknowledge and even forward to Torox support, yet when you still don't get paid, they simply say, "If Torox doesn't pay, there's nothing we can do." When a user reports this on Trustpilot, they call them ungrateful and threaten not to pay unless the complaint is removed. Stay away from this platform, especially for high-paying offers. Look, I’ve been messaging these people almost every day since April 22nd, and lately, they haven't even been replying to my emails. If I had known, I would have completed this offer on a different platform—one that stands by its users and issues manual payments even if Torox fails to pay.

However, I think KYC should mainly be required for users doing high-risk offers. If this is done, the platform could grow a lot more.
