I payed them money but no service
I payed them money and wanted to get VPN on Linux. I wrote to support got an answer after 5 days: "Settings with configurations for routers, Linux and third-party VPN applications (like OpenVPN) are temporarily unavailable.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We can't tell you yet when they will be available."

Fraud Alert
Seven days later and I'm still waiting for a reply to the first email I sent to them seeking a refund under their "30 day money back guarantee", let alone the half a dozen I've sent since. This company is rotten to the core, and I can only assume that Romania (where they are based) doesn't prosecute fraud and that's how they continue to operate.

Tukipalvelu ei toimi, ei siitä pääse eroon, kun tarve on päättynyt.
Se on toiminut kuin pitikin mutta kun tarve on loppunut, niin siitä ei pääse eroon. Oli tarkoitus sitä käyttää max 2kk, ja on lopetettu tilaus, ja vaikka se on lopetettu joka kuukaus rahat on lähtenyt silti. Ja tili on edellenkin aktiivinen. Laitoin siitä viestiä mutta ei vieläkään saanut apua, ja selvitettyä miksi niin on käynyt.

The strangest VPN..
The strangest VPN... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... and sometimes it crashes and the browser says something like “downloading torrents via VPN is prohibited, please buy Premium”. What torrent are we talking about if I'm just watching a YouTube or Netflix video and I just get kicked off the network?
Speaking of getting kicked off the net for nothing.
Today I was watching a video, everything was great, and then bam, everything froze, the network icon on the taskbar of my Windows 11 showed no internet... I checked the Wifi on my phone.... there is internet on the phone... I disabled everything related to this VPN in task manager... and miraculously it reappeared on my computer....
I think if the war doesn't end. .. a little use this VPN, and buy a normal paid VPN, and Planet VPN money even afraid to give ... knowing that it's a VPN from ru.....

8 out of 10 times it is not connecting to uk server, quality of servers themselves is not good, a lot of times it is reconnecting(which causes drops/disconnects from services), not worth to spend your money on this

They do not give your money back if you cancel in the trial period. I’ve cancel my subscription just after a few hours and they didn’t refund the price.

Not working and no refund
The service doesn't work and they don't refund the subscription fee. The tech support leads you on, suggesting various ways to tinker with system settings to supposedly fix the app, but in reality, this doesn't happen. They refuse to refund the money, citing a refund policy that is obscurely located on the website. Although the FAQ states that you can get a refund within 30 days for any reason. Yeah, right, here they won't refund due to non-functionality, let alone a regular refund. There's no point in the money spent, it's a good thing I only bought it for a month, not a year. This is outright fraud.
upd. As you can see I already have lost my pacience and any hope to get my money back, but now I finally got the answer from the support they are willing to make a refund. Well, that's a good thing, but still I've wasted a lot of time trying to make it working, doing the tweaks supports asked me to do, speaking to the support, just to get the money back. Clearly, not the best client experience, wouldn't recomment it in case you're unlucky and it doesn't work properly.
Adding one star just for the refund being possible in the end. However the money are not on my card yet, so we will see.
upd. Successfully have received a refund, so at least it's not totally bad

Leider ständige Abbrüche und Neuverbindungen. Dadurch wird natürlich kurzzeitig die Original-IP sichtbar und die Verbindung wird von vielen Servern abgebrochen. Wenn man Pech hat, steht man auf der Blacklist. Damit wird VPN dann komplett sinnlos.
Kann diesen Dienst von Planet VPN so jedenfalls nicht empfehlen.

After not connecting I contacted the support. They told me to check it with their own recommended tool. I did and it showed that there is no connecting. After reporting it again the support did not answer anymore. I conronted them again and wanted a compensation but no answer.

Oferta capciosa, no hay devolucion a 30 dias.
Quizas el servicio y su tecnología funcione, pero su publicidad es engañosa, prometen la devolución del pago en caso de no estar conforme con el producto (cosa que me ocurrió ami ya que no cumplia con la función para lo que necesitaba usarla), pero en la letra chica, y solo en los terminos y condiciones, aparece que no es reembolsable ningun pago con pagos en monedas crypto. Perdí 10 USDT por algo que no voy a usar, que contraté para probar. Espero que mi error le sirva a muchos a no caer en la trampa de "devolucion garantizada"

Constantly disconnecting, no kill switch. New versions require clicking on spam, so between reconnecting after random disconnects and spam, you spend more time unprotected than protected. I've had it for more than a few months. Waste of time.
