Vasko’s tour was incredible
Vasko’s tour was incredible. He was one of the best guides I’ve ever had, and the tour was so engaging and interesting. It had us leaving Skopje really understanding the city and the people, and we would go on that tour again in a heartbeat. Would recommend to anyone!!

Estoy segura de que son unos excelentes guías pero en nuestro caso la experiencia no ha sido positiva sencillamente porque nos cancelaron el tour (free tour en Delft) 24 horas antes y sin ninguna explicación. Me hubiera bastado con una explicación, más allá de la premura del aviso, pero no la hubo y no me parece serio por parte de una compañía de estas características. Espero que tengáis más suerte que nosotros.

Ángeles, qué situación tan frustrante — recibir una cancelación sin ninguna explicación, encima con tan poco margen, es algo que no debería pasar. Lo entiendo perfectamente y me parece completamente razonable que eso haya dejado un mal sabor de boca.
Las cancelaciones a veces ocurren por circunstancias fuera del control del guía, pero eso no justifica la falta de comunicación — y en Freetour.com creemos que usted merecía al menos una explicación clara.

We were a bit tired and almost decided not to join, but we’re so glad we did! Luc D. is an excellent guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting information. The tour was interactive, never boring, and had a very friendly atmosphere. We also received great recommendations for food, drinks, and other activities in the area. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment lors des visites de l’ancien Madrid et du nouveau Madrid. Notre guide était vraiment sympathique, accessible et passionné par sa ville. On sent qu’il connaît Madrid dans les moindres détails et qu’il aime partager son histoire, ses anecdotes et ses lieux emblématiques.
Les explications étaient claires, intéressantes et toujours données avec bonne humeur. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert aussi bien le charme du Madrid historique que l’énergie et la modernité de ses quartiers plus récents.
