The company is really helpful, professional and efficient. From start to completion we have been really impressed with their service and delivery.

I have just signed up to fibre broadband with Freedomsat Fibre and the whole experience has been smooth. I was originally with BT and once my order was placed with Freedomsat I soon received an automated message from BT stating that my service would be moving on the date agreed with Freedomsat. Freedomsat checked if I really wanted to keep my landline explaining that BT were ceasing all landlines in 2025 (checked this with BT and it is true) and so I saved a decent amount of money ditching my landline and just going for fibre broadband with Freedomsat. Speeds are slightly better than what I had with BT.

So for context the house is in the middle of nowhere and we have no mobile signal, exceptionally limited access to internet. It's really really painful getting anything sorted. Lewis Walsh was exceptional in understanding the situation, managing our expectations, keeping us informed with regards to when things would happen and how. He liaised with the third parties and sorted everything for us with minimal stress and fuss. Absolutely delighted. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend. We are a tough customer and it was just managed and dealt with.

We moved to remote rural Ireland back in 2018, no 4G, no broadband, no phone signal, no internet - really no anything. FreedomSat / Bentley Walker to the rescue!
Offering us what we needed via their Satelite services it really was a life saver! Always there if needed , always professional and helpful. We now finally have broadband installed at our property after a very long wait so it’s time to move on but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. If you need help getting connected when all else fails call them !

After moving from London to Northern Ireland in April & both my husband and myself working from home I never anticipated the nightmare we would have getting internet to our house. I tried every avenue, BT, EE, Vodafone, Net1 etc. No one could help. Thanks to Bentley Walker we now have internet on the house which allows both of us to work from home full time. Great service, excellent communication and always there to help where possible. Could not recommend/thank them enough!

I have had satellite broadband internet installed at my property on a Scottish Highlands hillside. There is no fibre, adsl or even 4G etc, its a real deadspot in terms of comms. I went with Freedomsat and found the service to be great from signup to installation to usage of the system. After eight weeks without comms on a hillside, when the beautiful Scottish weather allowed, the wonderful engineer turned up and didn't leave until everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone living anywhere off-grid, I felt reconnected to my friends, family and the wider world once again.

Bentley Walker has installed a Deco M5 last week to our complicated top of 3 storey house to the end of garden to an office down there so that the internet signal gets down there. Absolutely brilliant, first time we have had a proper signal working for a couple of years, and got rid of the old obsolete BT box we had as a link. Nothing is too much trouble with Bentley Walker, excellent products and always first-class service in the shop and when engineers come and install new washing machines, fridges, freezers, TV's etc.

5 star service and always on hand to thoroughly help or advise whenever required. Very happy to give my full recommendation for this service.
