Brilliant service, worked with us to find the perfect package, first class.

Lauren has been amazing with helping me plan a hen do. She went above and beyond to try and make things work for our group, offering loads of choice and suggestions. Incredibly quick to respond and super accommodating and understanding when numbers and budgets changed. Nothing was too much trouble and she has been an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Despite accommodation not quite working out, Lauren was still able to arrange some fantastic activities. I was worried as we were no longer booking the accommodation via the company that the spend with them would be significantly less and they’d loose interest. However, I didn’t find this at all. Lauren was just as helpful, enthusiastic and accommodating. It’s made the whole planning process so much smoother.

Needed to book a stag for next year and Raz got in contact and made the whole process very easy. Was all sorted in a matter of days. I made a few changes to activities and dates and this was all accommodated with no bother.
