Fantastic service and the best price after the strolling the internet for many days and hours. Did not expect to have the excellent service from Jane and Cherie. Tiguan arrived with more extra's then expected IQ head lights are amazing but feel sure VW built this car with the resale value in mind and came with other extra options but feel sure this is not normal as everything will soon be electric. Would 100% recommend Freedom for my next car even the delivery was excellent showed somebody over 60 how google maps and spotfify work and set it up before i understood how every thing worked. Unfortunately car was delayed by 3 months, however I was kept informed by Freedom. Now the car has been delivered Iam delighted with the vehicle. This is my second car leased through Freedom.

Our Fourth private leased vehicle through Freedom Contracts, I have yet to see any reason use anyone else for my private lease vehicle requirements! It took a bit longer than expected to get the car we ordered delivered, we needed a change of car to replace an existing private lease vehicle, but also something to match a family change. Again, we started talking to Freemdom's team regarding car choices, options and maintenance agreements in Sept 22, got the vehicle ordered with hopefully a car delivered by March 23. We were informed and kept updated on any progress and expected dates on the delivery of the new car, but this was going to be delayed so we were able to agree a short extention to our existing lease to cover the time gap. Finally the car was ready, we were also able to take advantage of a complete maintenance package on the new car and got this delivered in time for a longer family trip. My genuine thanks to the team, Courtney and Jane, for getting us rolling at the end of May in the new car! We are very pleased and finally can all fit in one car! Looking forward to what the next car will be!

Kept updated during year long wait for vehicle. Paperwork is the only downside as needed to be done twice but Jane & Courteney are really helpful.
