My delivery went to a wrong address. Working with customer service was very cumbersome, repetitive and kept saying they would escalate to next level. Finally whoever received my package delivered it to me. I purchased a labradorite bracelet and the gems are such poor quality, super cloudy and not shiny and sparkly at all. I would never shop here again.

I purchased this earrings and I am pleased that the have nice detail and just as advertised. Many times you buy something that doesnt look like the picture.

The wrong size watch band was sent. Now I have to pay for return shipping and wait for a refund for something that wasn't my fault. They haven't even replied yet to approve the return
