Quick delivery even in Christmas week well done

Always greeted upon entering the store and asked is there anything I need help with. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the products instore.

I ordered an item as a present and it arrived taped with duct tape around the edges and they wrote all over the box with a permanent marker. Not to mention the box is all dinged up.

took forever to arrive (close to 3 weeks) the order came in 2 shipments which I wasn't notified of....I ordered lures from another online store the same Friday night as Freddys... that order arrived 4 days later from a store close to Freddys....won't be ordering again.

I bought a premium camping stove (Gasmate) that wasn't working properly from the beginning (1 stove stopped working after a week, the second one after a couple of months). I contacted the customer service twice before getting a first answer asking me for more details, which I answered directly as requested and never had any more news from them although I tried to contact again another time. As a result I definitely recommend to avoid buying items from this dishonest company although they do have a great range of products. Customer service is just... inexistent.

Good gear, great prices, fast delivery. Definitely order from Freddys again.

I ordered on line and the goods arrived before the expected date. Have now ordered again, just waiting for arrival. Will be my go to for fishing needs in future.

You were doing well, but after this experience it would be pretty hard to use you again.
I ordered on the 6/10/21 and didn't hear anything until I sent an email asking if my order had been shipped. On the 8/10/21 received an emailed that it was shipped and should receive by the 12/10/21.
Then received another email to say it has been sent from Newcastle and Brisbane Stores. 1 on the 7/10/21 and 1 on the 8/10/21.
I would much rather be told it is not in stock than wait to get things from 2 stores. It is now almost 8 days later and still yet to receive anything.
I ordered from another tackle store on Monday and received the order today.

Bought a landing net online with store pickup due to Covid restrictions. On getting it home, I was not happy with the size. Returned to store and upgraded to a slightly larger one without any problem. Good customer service.

I found their service very easy and their delivery speed was great considering current Covid restrictions. I have not as yet tested the products (oztrail 3x3 gazebo and feast frame tent hub).
