I ordered a solid green dress, but after waiting six weeks I received the wrong item — an old-looking printed dress with no main label. The shipping label showed LA, but they said it came from China.
I never returned the dress, because I do not have a return label. I should not have to pay for return shipping when the mistake was not mine. Please send me a prepaid return label and issue my refund.

I ordered 10 items. I received two separate packages. One had 6 items I ordered. The other had 4 items I DID NOT order. I was told my items were out of stock.. you don’t just send what ever the business decides to to send. At least let the customer pick something else that is in stock. They want me to mail items back ( international) or 30 refund and keep items.. Pathetic. Now they saying all my items were delivered.. yes but 4 items NOT what I ordered.

I haven't received my parcel but according to Franlieen it has been delivered. There tracking system is impossible fo follow.

Does not even rate 1 star but you’re not given the choice of less than that. This company is a Huge Fraud that represents online with pictures that are completely false. What actually arrived was an outfit that is of a material that is cheap and screen printed with the design rather than the picture and description of which is written. The color of the matching pants are totally different as well. You can not trust this website so Buyer Be Ware.

This company is the paradigm for cautionary tales about shopping from Facebook ads. Delivery is outrageously slow; products are shoddy! What I received is not what I ordered as they mislabeled their own packaging and they refused to offer the product that I ordered or to issue a full refund.

Unbelievable! I've been charged twice for the same garment. One that I already received and another one that is in transit. They still refuse to give me a full refund. They offered me a $12 refund for orders totaling $183.95. Now they won't even refund The $12 because I complained.

The images of the dress were lovely. The actual product is of inferior material and could be worn as a night gown but not a DRESS. The material is GAUZE. SAMS CLUB in Texas has a replica of this dress for &19.99. This is about what it is worth. Certainly, no person who had true knowledge of this scam would purchase from this company. IF THE PRODUCT WAS UNGRADED TO MATERIAL OF GOOD QUALITY AND DESIGN THOSE WHO PURCHASE WOULD NOT WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I WILL DONATE THIS DRESS SOMEWHERE AND MARK IT OFF AS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

I ordered cotton embroidery pants. What I received has nothing to do with the picture that I saw on Instagram. They are not cotton and they’re not embroidered. It’s just a print on the pants and the bottom of the pants are nothing like they show in the picture, this is a terrible company. I want my money back

I wish I could give zero stars! This company is a scam. The pants I received are not the ones I ordered, yet their reply says they are. And they offered $3 refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YIUBWANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

Buyer beware! The beautiful items you see on this site is NOT WHAT YOU RECEIVE! The material is different, the pattern is different and such poor poor quality!

This is, by far, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It took a month for my order to come. When it arrived I didn’t like any of the six items I ordered. My order was for $169. I wanted to return the entire order. They said I had to take pictures of every item including mailing labels and interior bags with labels. They said I couldn’t return them because the quality was good. They offered me $20 then $30 for me to keep the items. I’ve never heard of such an insulting policy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered elegant light blue dress, which attracted me very much. But when I received it it appeared to be looking as nighty, or beach dress. It was looking like pillow case.
I contacted Support asking for the address to return and to be refunded. They offered me £4 refund. When I insisted for full refund, they increased to £6 and added that the return shipment will be high.
I want to tell people to careful with " beautiful" cloth on Facebook.Better to go to New Look, Debenhams, Bonmarshe touch dresses and know what see what you get.
