Honestly, the apartment was amazing and exactly like the photos. Everything was perfectly clean and well organized. We even received some welcome gifts, which was such a nice touch!
The communication was excellent whenever we had a question, we got an immediate response.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend it, 5/5 without hesitation!
Given the current circumstances in the UAE Rowell did an amazing job at helping us navigate our stay in the apartment and allowed us to extend.

Stay away from this company. I've been without electricity in my apartment for over 24 hours, and after a full day without resolving the issue, their solution was to offer me another apartment for the night, as if that would make up for the inconvenience. I've been without spare bed sheets since the day I arrived. I asked three times for replacements, but after being ignored each time, I gave up and bought them myself. On top of that, a few days after I arrived, I had no hot water. Stay far away from this company.
We had a slight delay in gaining entry, but host rectified quickly and the flat was amazing. Very well equipped and great location in the centre of the Marina and close to the Metro. Had a great stay and would highly recommend. Would definitely book again, thanks for a great stay.

We are family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids from 12 to 8 yrs) and rented through Frank Porter a what they called Deluxe Penthouse w/ private Pool in Dubai Marina. When we approached the given address we realized, that almost the entire building was a renovation construction site. Reception Hall or what was left of it was a makeshift little desk with a very nice security guard working it, but in no way luxurious at all. He pointed us to a cramped and littered parking space and from there to the elevators that were supposed to get us to the Deluxe Penthouse we rented. All of the elevators were not only old and rattling they were covered in protective material to remind us, this was a construction site. Nevertheless we got to the promised penthouse, the representative of Frank Porter that was promised to be there, was nowhere near, instead he or she left the door open so we could get in. After what we had seen so far from the building we hoped for a surprise, we hoped for that moment, that let you feel relieved, that the lot of money spent on that rental would not be wasted. But it continued. The apartment may once have been a luxurious retreat but there was almost nothing of it left. The furniture worn, carpets run down, a/c almost not working or way to late switched on, glass splinters from whatever source in the entire living room, otoman and bedposts broken. When we stepped out onto the large balcony, we were again devastated. The kids looked so much forward to this area, especially the pool and what should we say, the water in it was only a greenish soup of rancid smell. Not safe to use, as was the entire apartment (glass splinters). We immediately tried to reach out to Frank Porter, but as expected no representative could be reached. Considering the state of the Deluxe Apartment we knew why. So we decided to leave the building immediately to make clear, we could never perform a safe check in to this apartment. In the aftermath we had only bad experiences with Frank Porter. We conveyd even before leaving the apartment all documented pictures of the broken, defective, non functional items, icluding the pool but never received a word of understanding or excuse. Of course we wanted as much of a refund as possible, remember the apartment was not only unsafe to stay in, it was also a super non pleasant location to be. The windows that were a wonderful addition to the location that were supposed to offer great views of the surroundings and the marina, were so dirty, that the even the blazing summer sun had problems shining through. After a lot of threats back and forth via email and close to going to court with them (what is not an easy task for a family living in europe) they offered an insignificant refund, which we finally accepted, to just get it over with them. That was the worst experience we ever had renting apartments, houses or villas online. Be ware of this company

Das war leider das schlimmste Erlebnis im Urlaub. Wir kamen an und sollten eine App herunterladen und mit einigen wirren Codes den Zugang zum Appartement erhalten. Das funktionierte natürlich nicht im Ansatz. Da die Putzfrau noch da war, obwohl wir um 1500 Uhr Zugang haben sollten, es aber noch nicht fertig war, konnten wir zumindest hinein. Unwissend, wie wir auf- und abschließen sollten. Da kam dann irgendwann ein universeller Zahlencode für den Zugang. Die Wohnung an sich war schön, jedoch das Sofa fleckig mit dreck. Vor der Tür lag ein Müllbeutel, den die Putzfrau nicht entsorgt hatte. Den wies man dann ins zu und beschuldigte uns. Ein solches Verhalten ist nicht zu entschuldigen. Da forscht man erstmal nach, wer den Müll dort hat liegen lassen. Am Ende dann wird die Rückzahlung der Kaution verweigert mit der Aussage, das dauere drei Wochen. Irrtum, die Rückzahlung einer Kaution ist unmittelbar fällig, wenn die Wohnung ordentlich verlassen wurde. Insgesamt problematisch und unseriös.

If anyone is putting a bad rating on their stay here, it’s not fair. He was more than accommodating. If I could afford it I’d stay there permanently after moving to Dubai. Thank you Frank and I’m sure I’ll stay again!

There is a lack of organisation and lack of attention to details at all levels. I ended up being on call/support with FP team over numerous issues that could and should have been prevented in the first place. Unable to unlock appartment at 1 am, missing towels, a dirty sheet, dirty glasses, non-functioning bathroom lights, 3 dishwasher tables provided for 9-night stay, TV unit with no instructions how to use, a missing garage card. The list goes on.
While the support staff was generally ok, I assume they are overwhelmed. I didn't bother to report half of the issues and regardles spent several days chatting with support instead of enjoying my stay. I wound never ever book a FP-managed property again.

This is the second time I’ve been tricked by Frank Porter. The apartment itself is fine, but the service is absolutely terrible. I was supposed to receive an access code in the app to open the door—of course, I didn’t. They told me to install the app, which I did, but the code didn’t work. There was supposed to be a company representative on site—there was nobody. The security guard didn’t know anything. I spent an hour on the hotline before anyone explained what was going on. The keypad/app lock didn’t lock the apartment at all!
In May this year, just a few hours before my arrival, they cancelled my reservation and tried to push me into a smaller apartment instead. A complete disaster—I will never use this company again.

Terrible experience, awful customer service, they didn’t call back after a check in issue (hopefully sorted by building security) and the next day after a lock problem, we spent half an hour outside waiting, and the customer service line didn’t answer our call they’ve put on hold and left us waiting to avoid dealing with the query, I couldn’t believe it.
One of the worse service I’ve seen in years, and definitely the worse in Dubai….
We had an exceptional stay at this apartment. The space is beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable and seamless visit. The attention to detail truly elevated our experience — from the high-quality furnishings to the overall atmosphere of the place.
The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby spots while still feeling private and convenient. We especially enjoyed the stunning view, which added a luxurious touch to our stay and made our time there even more memorable.
The host was outstanding — responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a flawless stay. Their hospitality made a remarkable difference.

You still have not returned the deposit that we paid two months ago….As soon as we arrived, there were problems with the accommodation and the commitments made. I will try to describe your entire system of misleading your customers and let them know what awaits them! With respect, which you do not deserve, your former customer!

Terrible, mouldy apartment, bad service.
We stayed here for 40 days... so PLEASE READ if you're considering staying here.
Checkin: They said it was self check in - it wasn't, we arrived late at night and had to wait even longer for them to arrive and actually allow the check in to happen.
Unit: All utensils are damaged or ruined, cabinets all have damage, stains on counters.
The wood slats that cover the bedroom are caked in dust.
There is mould all over the couches and in the bathroom. We had to call them to clean it. But it came back. The couches are disgusting so we bought a blanket to put over it.
The bathroom smells like humidity mixed with a sewage smell. I tried to fix it but it doesn't go away.
The host is generally inconsiderate - it's an agency and will never book from Frank again. They simply don't take care of the units.
I will say good things: The view is nice of the Burj from the Balcony. The gym is OK. The pool is OK. But other than that- I wouldn't look at this for a short stay or a long stay.

Arrived at the property on the 4th July after being told someone would greet me with the keys NO ONE SHOWED UP and could not enter apartment for 2 hours in boiling hot heat once got in property was filthy with dirty rags left on floor and whole place was not cleaned. Windows broke and other bits like tiles etc broken everywhere. We had no AIR CONDITIONING the last 3 days of our stay but Frank porter told it would be rectified in 2 hours which no one ever showed until the 3rd day but when I returned back to see if it had been fixed my toilet was blocked with poo from the maintenance team Frank porter sent 🤢 to top it all off they have never given back my deposit Ive sent over 20 emails asking for my deposit back with no answer absolutely disgraceful. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WE TRAVEL ALL OVER THE WORLD ALL YEAR DO NOT BOOK

Disgraceful. They canceled our booking two hours before arrival and completely ignored our calls. No assistance, no explanation, just silence and total disrespect for their customers. Utterly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs — they’ll ruin your plans and couldn’t care less.
