Max was amazing! He took the time to understand my style, and what I was looking for in a frame. I'm so so happy with the glasses I got, they're so unique!

I was initially hesitant to purchase my desired Masunaga By Kenzo frame online, however my concerns were eased quickly. I ordered and within a few hours had a personalised email from the store inquiring about further details, their responses were more than timely. I live in Australia and shipping from Europe can be slow, not with FrankLo my glasses arrived within a week. Packing, receipts and the frame itself are amazing - I bought a pair of Masunaga By Kenzo glasses and I am incredibly happy with them. Franklo’s pricing was also extremely competitive. Would always purchase from them again.
