Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. To better understand what may have gone wrong, we've reviewed the work we carried out to assist you in your property search.
From the very beginning of your project, we provided several free consultations. During these meetings, we helped you identify potential areas to purchase property—including locations beyond our usual research scope. We shared in-depth insights into the local real estate market, explained the purchasing process in France, and discussed the types of properties available within your budget across the French Riviera.
Additionally, we provided you with our comprehensive eBook containing valuable information about the region and the real estate landscape.
Since August 2024, we have continuously worked with you to refine your criteria and budget. For over seven months, we remained available and responsive, doing our best to support your search—even though your budget presented significant challenges in relation to the type of property you were seeking.
We must point out that your requirements were often unclear and frequently changed throughout the process. Nevertheless, we consistently adapted in an effort to meet your evolving expectations.
Five members of our team contributed to your search. With the exception of one new team member who was shadowing an experienced colleague, all others involved were seasoned professionals.
We showed you multiple properties, always striving to strike the best balance between location and budget. Unfortunately, you declined all of our suggestions, often responding negatively—and at times aggressively—towards both our team and the selling agents.
Our goal was to expose you to a wide range of properties to help you understand what was realistically attainable within your budget. While we only conduct advance visits for clients who are not present on site, you had full access to your personal client portal, where you could review photos and detailed information about carefully selected listings before any visits took place.
Finally, while we collaborate with many agencies across the French Riviera, you chose to work with another agent—despite having signed an exclusive contract with us. We respected your decision and did not attempt to enforce any restrictions on your choice.
