I ordered on the 15.12.2025 and to this day (21.12.2025) i didnt recieved anything.
I wrote them 2 emails and they didnt even answer after days

Dont buy anything from them they are a scam

Didnt receive Gold from 03.10.2025, now is 05.10.2025. Live support dont work and E-Mail support same just ignoring.
09.10, everyday i send 1 messeng but live support and on email just ignoring.

I have sent multiple messages about a transaction that has not went through. No one will respond back to me. I will cancel my transaction in a couple of days if do not get a response.

"24/7 live service customer support" is just not the truth. didn't get a response from them at all, and i tried over a 4 hour period.

might have to go with a different service going forward

This last transaction FPX accidentally had their figures incorrect for the amount of gold I would receive for the amount that I payed and after some discussion with their customer support, they still gave me a good deal and overall I'm happy with the times that I've used them. Quality service.

Great service delivered on time exactly what I ordered but I got banned shortly after receiving the gold so what is the point?

They advertise 10g for joining their guild and discord, but then ignore you when you ask for it

I joined their discord after they spam invite everyone to join their guild. I went to see what they wanted and its just a gold selling guild. As I was about to leave they said if we joined the discord, they would give us 10g. This is not a charitable action, this is them trying to get you in the discord to convert you into a buyer. The discord says something about putting your info in, and theyll get you the gold. I do that and wait a few days. Nothing, I message the admin and he tells me the same thing but also says their gold giving account is banned so theyre waiting till tomorrow. Never hear back from him. I ask in the discord about it because there appears to be a bunch of other people with the same problem, and not only do I not get a response, but my message gets deleted. And I also notice some other messages that were previously there asking about it are gone too. Seems like they bait people in and hope noone cares enough to write a bad review.
