I just received an email from FP insoles stating that it's been a little while since my order and "How are your FP Insoles working for you?" Well it's actually been 7 days since I ordered and I still haven't received shipping information. What I have received at this point is 7 emails from FP insoles trying to sell me more of their products. Starting to think I've been ripped off.

MORE LIES: This company is amazing, if you buy anything from them, do it at your own risk. The original purchase amount of $105 has NEVER been refunded, period. Not sure if they paid the tariff, as I never paid that or received the goods. I have started the complaint process with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC. Payment was made to their California address, not Canada. Not sure why they continue to lie? All over $105, could have been resolved months ago, just refund the original purchase price, PERIOD. STOP making false claims!!

FIVE MONTHS! Still no refund, they have made every excuse not to refund my $105 for a product I NEVER received. At this point, they are BLACKMAILING me to take this review down, and then they will possibly issue a refund. BUYER BEWARE.

Update part two: My last update. I have the email to prove the level of communication. Not sure how for two months they responded, asked for details, asked to pay the tariff, asked to take this review down, know my order number, know that I asked for a code to be applied, etc. But now I didn't purchase from them?

Update: The response from this company is simply amazingly awful and shows their lack of customer service!

I ordered the product from fpfootwear.com. There was zero mention of additional shipping or tariffs at the time of shipping! The only notice I received was from UPS directly. So of course I was not going to pay a 40% tariff and refused the shipment. Now they are telling me that if I delete this review, they will refund. Now lying about where I purchased from? Hard to believe there are businesses that treat customers in this manner!

This review is about customer service, not the product.

My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Shortly after placing my order, I realized I had forgotten to apply a Black Friday discount code. I contacted customer service immediately—well before the order shipped—but they refused to apply the code or offer any accommodation.

The far bigger issue is that I was never informed—on the website or during checkout—that a substantial import tariff would be added to my order. This is critical information and should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. I only learned about the tariff when UPS attempted delivery.

Because of this undisclosed fee, I refused the shipment and never took possession of the items. Despite that, the company is now refusing to cooperate with UPS to accept the return and is withholding my refund unless I first pay the tariff on merchandise I never received.

This situation could be resolved easily, but the company’s unwillingness to communicate transparently or work toward a fair solution has been unacceptable. I strongly urge the company to review this case and address these customer service practices.

I love these insoles.

First off, the product is fantastic! This review is coming from an overweight old skateboarder getting back into it with his kids. I stand all day working and after wearing the kingfoam elite hi for a week now my feet aren’t too fatigued to skate with my kids anymore.

This company has a wonderful support staff for customer service!! They embody that for skaters by skaters small company interpersonal relationship when speaking with them!! I had an issue when I first got my insoles and they quickly helped me resolve my issue. I will be buying more of their products for all my shoes from now on!!! Thanks FP!!

The insoles are the best I ever had. I want to get the knee pads but you don’t have my size Large.

I've bought from them a few years ago around 2021 2022 the website kept crashing on me but eventually I got my order placed. I was very pleased with the product and how fast it was shipped. I used them in my boots as I was on deployment to the south China Sea 2020-2021 and on deployment in 2023 In the Mediterranean. these saved me from knee and back pain workong 12 hour days 7 days a week for 9 months at a time. Only issue I have is trying to use their website. It crashes after adding one product to cart and trying to navigate to the next product i wan to purchase. The only fix ive found requires me to clear my cashe then add to cart.

I wouldn’t know if the insoles are any good because I still haven’t received them. I received a USPS tracking number from FP Insoles and 5 full business days later the status still says that USPS is still waiting to receive the items from FP Insoles. Yesterday I emailed FPI and received a useless automated response with the same tracking number, no explanation, and no additional information. Note that there are no phone numbers found anywhere on their website. I sent another email yesterday afternoon, and still no response as of this afternoon.

Nothing to improve on at all, these insoles have changed my life and many others. Great job.

The comfort and support of this insoles is great!

King foam elites with the fluid x is the best insole hands down! High impact resistant and i was able to skate longer with out my feet getting tired! Also notirced less knee pain and ankle pain as well! Deffintly will be getting more!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

My favourite insoles. At first was doubtful that they could be better than more cushioned memory foam but the material makes all the difference - outperforms insoles that are much thicker.

I first tried the Gamechanger Elite insoles, with arch support, and felt like I immediately won the insole lottery. Better cushioning, better support, and I’m putting these things through some heavy duty days.

I’m 6’4”/260 lbs. I’m a farmer, and whether I’m wearing runners, muck boots or lace up leathers with steel toes…I often put anywhere from 10 to 20 hours a day into my footwear.

I wanted to get more of these beauties, but found I still had some intermittent arch pain…and decided that instead of just picking what I thought I needed, I would do “The Quiz”.

In the end, the site I formed me that I actually should NOT be wearing big arch support, that it may be contributing to my Plantar Fasciitis, as opposed to eliminating it…and with a BOGO sale on, I decided to try 2 pairs of Kingfoam Elite 10mm High heel support.

By the end of the first day, I found out that I’ve been adding to my pain for 25 years, and using the WRONG products!!!!

The Kingfoam Elite 10mm High CHANGED MY QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE BETTER!!!

I love them SO much that I gifted the 2nd pair to my Big Brother (6’5”/325), and HE LOVES THEM TOO!!!

I’ve been waiting for a sale, to order 2, or even 4 more pairs, so I can leave them in my favourite footwear, and switch between them, without having to remove and reinstall. I figure it will also make them last longer.

I've been skateboarding for over twenty years. I've tried many different shoe companies over that time. The first pair of FP skate shoes I ever got were an immediate game changer. I have picked up several FP insoles and use them in my work shoes and skate shoes. My ankles would often hurt after long skate sessions but after switching to FP insoles I noticed my recovery time was much easier.

The gamechanger elite is a great product. Insoles really absorbed impacts and relieve foot pains (flat feet). Our family uses them for futsal and football cleats. They are thick and heavy unfortunately so will definitely affect the boots fitment. Here's wishing for a thinner product in the future.

Best insoles for bmx riding, I had an issue with an older model I bought at a store that had old inventory and they sent me the updated one immediately! Helps absorb impacts with jumping off roofs. And if Aaron Homoki rides them. You know they are good
