We worked with Cesar and the team at found.fast to develop a better management tool for our onsite hackathons at Garage48. When we started, we didn’t have a fully defined vision of what the final platform should look like- we simply knew that many of our processes had become too manual, messy, and difficult to manage as our events grew.

Cesar took the time to really understand how our hackathons work in practice. He listened carefully, mapped our existing workflows, and quickly identified where things could be simplified or improved. What stood out immediately was that he didn’t just approach this as a development task- he genuinely tried to understand the operations behind it and how the tool could make our work easier.

Throughout the process, Cesar and the found.fast team were incredibly proactive. They consistently helped move the project forward, suggested practical improvements, and often came up with better ways to structure things than what we initially had in mind. The tool we developed together is helping us structure and manage our hackathon operations much more efficiently. It reduces a lot of manual coordination, keeps information in one place, and makes it easier for our team to manage the many moving parts that come with organizing onsite events.
