I ordered a Mystery bundle after seeing the great things they post on Tiktok. I was extremely disappointed as i really wanted to love this company. BUT I got items that would have cost me less to buy directly at the time of receiving and i would have been able to choose what i got. I received items not related to my supported teams and not related to the women teams at all. I know a mystery box is well... a mystery, but i believe I shouldn't have received a rival teams item after being asked for prompts.

Small positives are, the shipping did come in good time, and i did receive some items, and customer service has been great so far, so much so that i have upped my 1 star experice to 3 stars.

EDIT: I cant find a way to respond. I received the Barcelona Straight Fit Jacket (Currently priced at 45 pounds on Foudys) And a blank Arsenal 3rd kit (currently priced at 55 pounds on Foudys) My prompt i mentioned my love for Arsenal, England, Australia and Ireland, favorite players being KCC and Russo. I would have understood the value if the shirt came printed. I am also completely floored at how I ended up with a jacket for one of Arsenals biggest rivals in the champions league... Not sure of the benefit of asking the teams i support if not taken into consideration.

EDIT EDIT: Thanks Helen, I appreciate what you are saying in regards to the item costs. I think the argument of value gets a little harder though different countries and I can appreciate i may have been a little harsh to call that out instantly. Ultimately i think i was just shocked to see Barcelona in my bundle when comparing to social media posts. I have just received an email from Arbon also about my issue, and have to give props to the quick customer service. Does get a little hard to fix this issue from the other side of the world, but hopefully we get somewhere. For the response to my complaint, and the way it is currently being handled i have upped to a 3 star rating as I do think i shouldn't have received the barca item and is going to cost me more money to fix.

10/10 shop! I love Foudys and everything it stands for. The people involved are great vibes too, I love watching their TikTok’s putting mystery bundles together. I have ordered two mystery bundles from this shop before and am still waiting for the second one but the first definitely did not disappoint! Amazing choices picking the items and great worth for the box. You really get your moneys worth and more! Wish all the best for this company, truly!

I've ordered a few times from Foudy's, specific items, also a mystery bundle, the customer service is insanely good and the people behind the brand make it even better. The mystery bundles are so much fun and such good value for money. If you're looking for somewhere for all your woso needs, I would never go anywhere other than Foudy's.

I purchased a jacket on 25/12/2024. I received no update or shipping notification whatsoever. I chased Foudys on 09/01/2025. I chased again on 14/01/2025, and they responded saying that the supplier had a delay. I again have waited another week and it’s now 22/01/2025, I have gotten no update, no discount code, no refund, no shipping details, nothing. All I want is the jacket I purchased or my money back, this is an absolute joke.

Edit : After receiving your reply, yes, I want a full refund. I’ve already been offered a refund by your help desk email and never actually got anything. My order number is 14626.

It was the first time I have ordered of Foudys. I went for the mystery box, and it was spot on. The clever way they use the questions to provide a tailored order for you is brilliant! also love the Tiktok videos to go with it. Cant wait for pay day to order another one!

Ordered a few mystery boxes and they've been great, only downside is I've received the exact same shirt in both. It is a mystery box though so can't really complain. Quality is brilliant

Everything was absolutely awesome- i’ve ordered Foudys mystery boxes previously, and they never fail to get it perfect. The mystery bundle was amazing to recieve, arrived in good time and has perfectly ticked every box. Couldn’t correct it if i tried.

I have purchased a number of items from Foudys and have always been super happy with the products received.

In the recent mystery bundle I added my favourite teams and received a classic Hope Powell England shirt and my favourite Tottenham shirt along with a pack of Nike socks, well worth the money paid.

Ordered from Foudys before for women’s football merch. This time round I ordered a mystery bundle. Answered the questions to help with teams that I liked and sizes of the items. Received an England retro with Powell on the back and number on the front, Arsenal training top and Barcelona training top. Was literally what I hoped for and more. Great service and can’t wait for the next mystery drop🤞🏽

I ordered one of Foudy's mystery bundles, I received it within a few days of ordering and received:

*A retro England kit with a player on the back and number on the front

*Arsenal's blue 3rd kit

*Some Adidas training socks

I am really happy with all these and this bundle was good value for money!

I have bought a (frankly alarming) large amount of football shirts from Foudys and can say they are top quality and great printing. The mystery bundles are so fun and have provided me with some amazing shirts I never would have got otherwise!
You cannot fault the customer service. Fast response, friendly and I've only ever had one problem which was solved very quickly once I had let them know. Cannot recommend enough!

Have to give a big shout to Laura & the team @ Foudys. I needed an order to arrive before leaving on a trip ahead of Xmas and they made sure it got to me on time. Very responsive and super helpful. Couldn't ask for better service.

* Was a bit frustrated to see the shirt I bought get a 50% reduction with free printing the following week, but hey ho, it is what it is. Will def use Foudys again.

I've bought from here a few times and their customer service is absolutely brilliant. I've had a couple of issues with orders but everything has been sorted out promptly and everyone I've interacted with seems lovely and very willing to help. Will definitely be buying from here again and would definitely recommend.

In a nut shell, I received a Barcelona Home Shirt with no sponsor on, which I wasn’t make aware of nor shown in the photo. I felt cheated.
I ordered a Barcelona home shirt with Aitana printing on 26/11(order number #13208), waited for a week for it to arrive, which is understandable as it was Black Friday. However, the shirt has no sponsor on it. Surprisingly, it has a championship badge on it which I didn’t order. I thought it was a wrong order so I emailed them straight away. It took them 1 week to reply.
They said “Due to the late change in sponsor logo, the brand have confirmed that this will be how they are produced until 2025.”
I am aware that Barcelona has changed the sponsor logo, but I wasn’t told that my shirt has no sponsor logo on it. I went on Nike’s website and on their website, there are 2 options for the home shirt. Each of them has indicated clearly whether it has the sponsor logo on or not. When I placed the order on your website, I was expecting to receive a shirt that is exactly the same as the picture. I was never made aware that no sponsor logo would be printed on the shirt. If I knew it, I wouldn’t have purchased it in the first place.
It is a complete dishonesty to the customers.
I am also given a championship badge which I didn’t order, I am not sure if the company is trying to use that as a compensation? If so, I feel really sorry to those who have ordered the badge with an extra cost.
I replied to them on 13, and sent another email on 16, still has no response.

absolutely love Foudys! my sister and I often order from them and are always impressed with the speed and quality of orders! There has been a couple of times we've had a problem with an order but they've been swift to respond to any queries and go out of their way to ensure we're happy!
There really is no other place to go to get women's football shirts Foudys are the best!

I’ve now ordered multiple items on the Black Friday deals through Foudys and all have arrived within 2 days of the order being placed! The deals each day have been incredible and I don’t think anywhere else has prices even close to matching those offered. The communication and customer support is always 10/10 and will always recommend here for any of your Football Merch needs! Thanks again!

Do not order from this company. After ordering something from them in August and chasing them several times (no response) for over a month the item arrived (In the meantime I had requested a refund - as placed the order somewhere else). I returned the item as agreed with their customer service , only to be charged again in December. I have emailed them several times to no response and now and out of pocket for nearly £100 and have nothing to show for it. Really hate putting such a bad review on a small company’s site .
