Matthew Smith - Sales
He has handled the purchase of five machines for us —each one hassle-free and incredibly efficient. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Rich the mobile mechanic came and helped me with a issue very knowledgeable and friendly 11/10 service

Having had a TR6 which at the time was great but the TR8 is a world apart from it not just in capability but reliability it’s fantastic quick delivery and great machine really pleased with it

Very helpful with great knowledge of the machine.

Excellent service from the sales team, especially Matthew Smith. We recently purchased 6 machines which came in a very timely. Also, we received incredible support prior to taking delivery of the machine, Forst lent us machines until our new ones arrived.
The workshop have also been great and offered unparalleled support to our fitters for our older machines.
Would highly recommend.

Great customer service backed up by quality chippers, technical support and next day delivery of spare parts. Highly recommended.

We have had 4 woodchippers from Forst over the years and all have been fantastic machines! Our latest, a ST6 Edition 40, was the usual excellent experience from demo through to delivery.

Having now converted the 8inch fleet (tracked and towed) to all Forst, it's safe to say we don't miss the green or orange ones! From sales to warranty, everything is professional and quick.

We use Forst assist for our three Forst chippers and the service is excellent. They react fast, try and talk you through solutions when on site and arrange a mechanic when you cannot fix it yourself. We have just had our 200 hour service on the three chippers and the mechanic found and fixed many problems we were unaware of.

A pleasant start to finish from Mathew and team so helpful for my needs would highly recommend

Completely professional outfit with brilliant service and communications. Ran an upgrade on my TT6p and it’s much improved and greatly appreciated. Can’t recommend highly enough

We have worked with Matthew at Redwood for the last 15 years. Over that time we have had a number of wheeled and tracked machines. All have been good and re sale value is second to none. The team at Forst assist are on the end of the phone should we have a question or problem. We like that you can deal direct with the people that make them machines, and nothing is a problem.

The whole experience was great, easy and stress free with Forst! Matthew sorted everything from getting us in showing us around the great set up at the factory and getting the chipper delivered fast for the job we needed it for on time with great communication! Thankyou Forst and Matthew especially! -Hewitt Tree Surgery.

We have been using Forst chippers for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the service they offer. The machines themselves are very solid and any problems tend to be electrical, as opposed to mechanical. In my experience these are very often easily resolved, especially through the troubleshooting aid that is available when you call them.

On a personal level Forst really showed their colours following a series of series thefts that we experienced a few years ago. We had 6 chippers stolen over a period of a few months and Forst were absolutely amazing. They provided us with a brand new machine immediately along with a hire machine (collected on the day) and could not of been more helpful. It was following on from the Covid pandemic and there was a worldwide shortage of machine parts resulting in long waits for everything - we all remember those dark days! But they really pushed the boat out and did so much to help during this period and were a big part in enabling us to continue trading and rebuild. Because of this they have earned a customer for life in our company.

We run ST6s and TR8s all deisels but have used the petrol TR6 and have been impressed with all of them. The TR8 is the pick of the bunch and we'll worth the price tag. Its a beast.

On our 3rd chipper from Först. They’ve never let us down! The customer service has always been spot on. I would recommend anyone starting out to go with a Först chipper. We have no regrets and will definitely get another when the time comes. Jude @ Greenscapes Tree Care

Matthew and team have been very helpful from start of purchase to delivery (even rectifying a few small changes we required) good service and great company.

We first met Matthew Smith 10 plus years ago when with his help we decided to try out Forst after having a lot of issues with other machine providers.
We now run approx 12 Forst Chippers and won’t look back.
Matt and the Forst team have always gone out of their way to provide the best service with great machines and back up.

Our longstanding working relationship will most definitely continue into the future.

Great machines
Great Service!

This left me no choice to get a new chipper. I heard lots about forst and had a go on a friend's. That was it forst it was and I would never look back. The whole experience with the Customer services are amazing and a big shout out to mathew smith and all the team in the office that helped guide me on my way.
