I have got in touch with this company previously with a bad review. Its been almost 3 months now since Ive requested a refund. The reply back from my last review last month, was written by one of your colleagues who had apologised and processed this refund. However after checking my account there was no surprise - no refund had been processed. Why tell a genuine customer this information when nothing has been done? I continue to ask for this.

I honestly have never had worse.
I put an order in weeks ago, said " in progress"
I initially sent a very polite message asking where my item was about 2 weeks after it had not arrived. 3 days went by... no reply. I phone, left messages... no reply. I read on a previous post that they dont answer their phone - that is correct! They don't.
I had to resort to finding them on facebook to message them, where I did get a response. Not even as much as an apology, said we will look into it. They then got back to me saying there was some sort of payment issue and that it would be sent yesterday again, no apology. I told them to cancel the order, as I want my £100+ back. They read my message, ignored it. Got a message this afternoon saying that they posted my order today.
Why could they not have messaged me last week and said that there was a payment issue? Instead of completely ignoring me until I found them on facebook. I honestly have never had worse. Now the item has been sent to me (supposedly) even though i categorically said to cancel the order.

I am an easy going person and a quick response via the email they actually publicise to get in touch with them would have been absolutely fine, however they did not go down this route at all.
To continue with the order after I asked to cancel it, as well as no apology I really haven't dealt with such poor business in my life. They really should be ashamed of the way they have dealt with me as a customer, and safe to say, the item will be sent straight back for a full refund, as I asked in the first place!!!!

What is even more sad is that they have received a few positive comments on their customer service, which proves they had just point blank been ignoring me!

Really happy with the purchase. Product arrived really quickly. Cannot comment on the product as will not need to use it for a few weeks

I bought a running belt and the wrong one arrived. When I contacted the customer service they were very friendly and helpful. I got the correct one sent out to me very quickly and was impressed with their customer service and response to my problem.

I ordered runners in December (Order number 22162). After repeated polite email requests the delivery is still awaiting processing almost three months later. Twice they responded to my emails, but most times they were ignored. Extremely disappointing service. Tim

I am very happy with the products that I have ordered. Excellent quality and good fit. I had to return one item and the return was handled smoothly by staff.

I returned an item a few weeks ago and have not heard back, even though I have emailed many times.

No one ever answers the phone either.

Best to avoid.

My order was received, processed, despatched and delivered within 24 hours! Very impressive considering how hit and miss other sites selling running equipment can be. It was also refreshing to get speedy responses to email enquiries. Competitive pricing and an easy to use site with a great selection of running gear.

I ordered runners on September 16th 2018 costing 170 euro (Order number ID21017) . The money has been debited from my account and I have not received my runners. I have rang a number of times and left a number of messages but no response!!!. I want to hear from them and get my money credited back into my account. very good frustrating as I am due to partake in a charity run this weekend and I have no runners or no money now to buy an alternative pair!! Do not order anything from this site.
today I have received an e mail reply from the company but despite asking for confirmation of when I will be refunded, they have not confirmed!!

One day later today. Got an email saying I was refunded but no money has been returned to my account !!!

Further to your reply putting the refund details on public view which has included my personal contact information, remove immediately, you had no permission to do so!! Under GDPR this is clearly a breach!! For your information, the refund is not yet in my account.

In response to your e mail. Yes there was personal information , my e mail address was there and you have since removed it!!
Monday October 1st, still no refund!!

Further to your further reply, yes my e mail address was posted , I wouldn’t have asked you to take it down if it wasn’t there!!!Lots of replies but no refund.

Evening of October 1st and still no refund!! Will check my account again in the morning but not hopeful!! Will keep posting updates until the refund is in my account.
October 2nd, received refund today having ordered my runners on September 16th. After many attempts to contact the company directly without success, it was only when I started posting these reviews that the company eventually replied and then eventually refunded. Do not use this company to order runners, there are many professional companies to order from and this is not one of them!!
Further to your e mail stating Royal Mail have found the runners, I don’t believe you. Anyway, I have my refund and will not be a returning customer so I will leave you.

I was happy with my running shoes which I purchased from Forrunnersbyrunners they were at a very competitive price and arrived promptly and would not hesitate to recommend them to my running pals .

What an amazing response from this supplier.
I needed a product for a trip to Portugal (3 days before I fly)
Placed an order in the hope of receiving the goods and had notification that
it was packaged and sent within an hour, after 5.00 pm!
Most impressed.

Just ordered Glide but stupidly ordered the wrong size. I emailed the team and I received a reply within minutes and they came with with a full solution.
I don't have the product yet but the customer service so far has been amazing.

UPDATE: STILL NO REPLY, THEY CLAIM THEY DON'T HAVE THIS ORDER NUMBER ON FILE. NOT SURPRISED.

The shoes they sent me were different then the picture displayed on their website. They initially said they would give me a discount that would cover my shipping costs but when I said I want to return for a full refund as I don't like the ones they sent me they stopped responding to my emails.

Service was excellent i ordered Sunday & got delivery Tuesday. Found the laces a bit tricky to use at first as no instructions included but a quick youtube video later i was sorted. I havent gotten to use them yet on a run but all looks good.
