Excellent customer service
When one item from my order didn’t turn up, it was easy to reach Alice, and lovely to get a human response. She quickly sent me the item with an apology. These things happen, but it’s how you handle a mistake that matters. Form Shop & Studio now stands out as a company I trust and will definitely purchase from again. Thanks Alice!

Straightforward and easy experience using the website to place an order for a gift. I ordered on an evening and the following morning received an email asking if I wanted to include a message, which was a nice touch. The parcel was dispatched later that same day, so very prompt.
First time placing an order online, however I'll note the staff are always friendly and helpful in store too.

Fantastic company to deal with
Fantastic company to deal with. Although my purchase was posted 1st class by the provider it took 2 weeks to reach me so they kindly offered a full refund, no quibble. I refused as this was not their fault however accepted cost of post refund. The card arrived and is great quality. I would definitely recommend this provider
