Great customer service
I ordered a sale item online and the purchase was confirmed, but while I was awaiting confirmation of despatch, I was emailed to be told that my item was in fact out of stock. However, I was offered a higher-priced replacement at no extra cost, and that arrived next day. It's a great shirt too.

Lovely stuff
Lovely, stylish items made with obvious thought, care and attention. Lovely range of colours, something for everyone. I received my item but needed to exchange the size. All very clear the process to do this, returned, processed and exchange item on the way. Holly kept me up to date with info....can't wait for item to get here now...great job F& T...keep up the great work🙂

Consistent good quality and well fitting. I know if I buy a piece it's something that is going to last and regularly buy in multiple colours/styles. Couldn't recommend this brand more.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the Gallery Jacket being unavailable due to a system error and I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the way the situation was dealt with.
After reviewing the conversation, I can see that a request for further sizing information was made as customers can often size down in this particular garment given its relaxed fit. Failing this, a full refund would be processed which I can see was actioned immediately after your e-mail declining an alternative size or product.
As a small independent company, our customer's journey is hugely important to us and we are extremely sorry for any disappointment caused.

Really appreciate the feedback on colours. It’s natural that colour perception of a physical product may vary slightly when viewed in contrasting light conditions - bright daylight vs dull artificial light for example. Hope this hasn’t spoilt your enjoyment of your F&T pieces!
