“Maine recently Forest Essentials ka face wash try kiya. Packaging aur fragrance kaafi premium hai, lekin mujhe personally laga ki price thoda zyada hai compared to similar herbal brands.
Texture achha hai par oily skin pe utna control nahi mila jitna maine expect kiya tha. Recently maine ek aur Ayurvedic brand ka face wash try kiya jo kaafi affordable hai aur usme oil control aur cleansing mujhe better laga. Agar kisi ko premium feel chahiye to ye achha option hai, lekin performance ke hisaab se market me kuch aur brands bhi kaafi strong competition de rahe hain.”

I ordered some products from an online shop, but they never arrived. When I contacted customer care, I was told that the address I provided was incorrect, which simply wasn’t true. My phone number was also included with the order, so they could have contacted me if there had been any confusion.
After several email exchanges, they eventually admitted that the package had been lost. To their credit, they did issue a refund.
Later, I read through customer reviews and found many similar stories. Some reviewers even claimed that the company uses active chemical agents disguised as Ayurvedic ingredients. I might have dismissed such allegations earlier, but after my experience, I’m relieved the package never arrived.
I understand that the company partners with third parties for delivery, but they also rely on external suppliers for their ingredients. If they are so negligent with logistics, it raises concerns about how carefully they manage sourcing and quality control as well. I’ve learned my lesson: higher prices don’t necessarily mean better quality. I’d now rather choose reasonably priced, established brands like Khadi or Himalaya and see how that goes.

FE’s service is a total failure. My order took 20 days to deliver and arrived damaged. After returning it for exchange, there was zero response. Getting through to customer care is impossible, and when I finally did, the agent, Deeksha, was incredibly rude, talked over me, and offered no help. For a brand claiming to be luxury, their logistics and support are a nightmare. I have cancelled the order and will never shop here again.

Never received my order. Foresst essential customer service hasn’t helped so far! They keep saying they are investigating but nothing after that. Today they mentioned their delivery partner is investigating with local authorities- not sure what that means! I will have to take this up with my bank if I don’t get my money back! Or my order!

Alter for NRIs to never buy from them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. At the time of purchase, I was charged $30 for shipping. However, after the package was shipped, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $27 to DHL in order to have my order released. This extra fee was never disclosed upfront, making the total shipping cost $57— Almost twice the amount of the actual product cost.

Such practices are misleading and unfair to customers. Transparency about total costs should be provided before purchase, not after payment is made. I would not recommend this company, as they take advantage of customers with hidden charges. Plus when I am not ready to pay additional shipping they are refusing to refund.

Lovely gentleman selling some lovely feeling and smelling products in covent garden. But somewhat fraudulently sold. Promised that all products were natural and nothing goes in them that you wouldn't eat. Should have used my Yuka app there and then but I fell for it...nevertheless when I scanned the body cream its got nasties in it that are extremely bad for the environment and we really shouldn't put on our skin, more than one type of silicone which I don't believe we can eat. So not going back there again.... If you like nice smelling and feeling skin products without a care for yourself or the environment go for it. But I paid a premium for what I thought was decent quality, organic products. And they aren't.....its marketing rubbish to be honest. Shame.

Really love the body creams especially the rose fragrances. Great cream for dry hands and feet. Fragrance lasts a long time. Small bottles great for the gym bag. People often remark on the wonderful perfume coming from the creams or body milk. Orders always arrive quickly and well packed.

The fragrance is overwhelmingly potent and leads to considerable discomfort after some time!At first, the aroma is delightful and welcoming, but it swiftly becomes harsh and uncomfortable.

I unfortunately suffered from rashes after using the scented perfume!The bath oil also caused itchiness, making the overall experience rather unpleasant.

For the cost, I could have opted for milder products from other amazing brands like Lush, Body Shop, or Marks & Spencer!
If they could focus more on quality instead of flashy packaging, it might enhance their reputation!
Forest Essentials looks promising, but unfortunately, it just did not live up to my expectations.
With so many fantastic alternatives out there, I simply cannot endorse this brand!

Bad products! Made me darker . Skin of face and eyes became darker . Regret using these products .
They have some active ingredient .Bleaching agents?? Don’t know .
But really regret buying and using theses products.

Our group of 11 people from Russia visited this store and was served by associates Rehman, Zibran, Sufiyan fantastically!!!
All products were described and explained perfectly!
Guys worked with us very respectfully, kindly,friendly…

Dreadful customer service. Avoid like the plague. It's taken me ages to get a problem sorted, countless emails and felt like I was talking to robots. Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. I just wish I'd come on here first as people seem to have had a similar experience to me.

Awful website. Keeps redirecting me to Uk website when I want to purchase from India website.

As a loyal customer and Platinum member of Forest Essentials, I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience. I ordered 8 products but received only 5. Despite raising the issue on the delivery date and following up with customer care repeatedly, the response was appalling.

I was told they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t have an unboxing video. As a premium brand, it is shocking that customers are now expected to record every delivery to avoid disputes. Trust in the brand's service was the reason I never felt the need for such precautions.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as a luxury provider. I hope Forest Essentials takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates their customer service standards

I see some terrible reviews so here’s a good one. I’ve tried so many scrubs but nothing ever except a facial has worked for me in terms of my blackheads. But!!!! Their kashmiri walnut scrub worked like a charm. It leaves your nose super clean and skin super soft. Doesn’t clog pores either. Give it a try 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 got my second pack in 2 months.

I bought a Shaving Cream from Terminal 2 Indira Gandhi international airport,Delhi on 22nd August,2024 .I did not open it for use till 7th of September and when i opened it,I found it damaged as the cream was coming out from the bottom.I tried speaking to a customer care Executive on 9th September,who told me that any complaint needs to be lodged within 48 hours of purchase as per company policy.My question was does this information given to the customer while purchase of the item? to this the Executive had no reply.I asked him to let a senior speak to me and I got a call too and as usual was asked to share the bill and video of the product.I told the Gentleman that I did not keep the bill as I trusted Forest Essentials to provide best of quality of products.
Once again I have not much faith for a positive resolution as most of companies take advantage of the consumers as they become vulnerable due to having trust in the business entity and are thus fleeced.
As usual ,as per my expectation,they have declined to take any action as it is more than 48 hours .So Friends/ Buyers/ Purchasers,Be prepared to be cheated,fleeced by such dubious vendors selling Damaged products and then hiding behind their negative unfriendly policies.
Stop using the vendor's product right forth to teach them a lesson for their such actions.

They have unparalleled products and very good quality but you have to pick out because some products work way better than others in competition and addictive to use while some are polar opposite. But overall quality is excellent

They promiss that the serum wil help to lighten pigmentation but it didnt!!
And for this price?????!!!! Used it for 2 years

Not at all good . This products are not worth for money . Very expensive but not good

been using their hair cleanser and conditioner, my hair is in great condition - have gotten so many compliments on my hair since I started using it
